Many of the Obama people were cultists. I'm not sure that he would have had the support of 60 percent of his voters "no matter what."

I think probably a lot of the people who answered thst haven't thought out the "no matter what." Suspended the Constitution and ruled as a monarch? Would 62 percent support that? I have no doubt some would, and with Trump it seems that number may be on the high side.

Attached to an individual, it is a cult. Like with religion, believe in Jesus, great. Believe in David Koresh? Now it's a cult.

They overestimate their support. If push came to shove, i have a little more faith that the generals would side with the Constitution.

I have said many times that military action is exactly what it will take to remove Trump from power even after 2 terms. I still think it will, but as of now I have faith in the men and women serving the country.

As I said, if that is true then so is the cult of Obama, many who still follow him to this day. If you are willing to accept that Obamaites are cultist I will accept your labeling of those who support the President.

Sorry, when you follow a leader no matter what he does....and then you go so far to even state that it doesn't matter what he does, you are in a cult. It is the very definition of cult like behavior: societies norms are irrelevant; right and wrong is defined by our leader.

    10 Signs You’re Probably In A Cult - Sam & Tanner - Medium

If you find yourself unwilling to see the faults of the leader AND/or consistently overlooking them, you are a cult member. Dismissing this behavior as simple partisanship is to be in denial. Partisans are not divorced from right and wrong; partisans will abandon the leader that has gone too far.

Maybe some would, but that would be few. I have no doubt that "some would" also on the left, especially those who profess to want socialism and some now even saying communism is now possibly a good idea.

    Apparently.

Or they just have no imagination at all.

They can't imagine anything trump could do?

I can imagine a huge number of things a person could do that would make me vote against them.
