They already nailed him for fraud in relation to his “charity.” Perhaps why Trump has been claiming a STAR credit in New York for 10 years for starters.

This was an appellate judgement as I understand it. That means at least two courts have ruled against Trump. I think we are about to find out if Trump owns the USSC like he believes he does.

I don't understand why you think that would absolve him of tax fraud, bank fraud, money laundering, etc.
