NY Times Poll: In 6 Swing States Majority Oppose Impeachment

You know why that is? It's because of Russians working with Trump. If we don't get a special prosecutor on this right away it will be too late!
 
When the republicans tried to impeach Clinton, who was guilty BTW, there was a big backlash and many republicans were voted out of office.

Voters said, "we don't pay you for partisan shenanigans."
 
Pelosi went past the point of no return. She is forced now to go all in. None of their acts of treason have worked so far. Mueller is a bad memory. Stormy and her felon lawyer are like remembering a bad burrito.

Digging a little deeper into the real article this one was from seems to show they support the inquiry which is what’s happening.

“ In the six closest states carried by the president in 2016, registered voters support the impeachment inquiry by a five-point margin, 50 percent to 45 percent. The same voters oppose impeaching Mr. Trump and removing him from office, 53 percent to 43 percent.“

So right now they seem to want to know more before actually impeaching, which seems reasonable to me

I oppose impeachment too, but the Democrats are doing the right thing. Trump has always considered himself to be above the law, and it's important to call out that sort of behavior, otherwise future presidents will strike similar deals. Most Democrats in Congress do not want to impeach the president. He left them no choice.

for lying about a blow job, though. that's much more serious than extortion of a foreign country using congressionally appropriated military funds in order to force them to dig up dirt on a political opponent.

Most sane people understand that the whole impeachment proceedings are just a purely partisan tantrum propagated by hateful Democrats.
 
If impeaching a corrupt pig bastard of a "president" loses democrats an election, democracy is ****ed anyway so.... :shrug:

Each and every American will be the judge of whether this president bargained with a foreign government for a political favor, now that the witness testimonies are going public. I just hope that if the majority of Americans agree with the impeachment resolution, that Republicans will be honest, and do the right thing.
 
I do not understand. I have read and re read the report. Listened to Ukrainian President say he had no clue what the Dems are talking about [of course who does anymore. I dont think they even have a clue], now the whisle blowers are not talking [no surprise there]. How much more drama are we as a country going to have to go threw. These people make 170000.00 a year and for 3 years have in my opinion done almost nothing but commit openly ill add, treason. My taxes are so high im sick of paying for there games. What can someone due to vote on there pay checks being held. If my empmoyees came to work, lied , accomplished nothing they would be fired. I would not keep paying 3 years for nothing. Why are they diffrent?

I agree. I don't think Pelosi wanted this, but she got bested by the radical leftists in her party. I can't wait until they impeach and send it to the Senate, where McConnell will keep her Democrats yolked to DC and off the campaign trail for a very long time.:lol:

I just saw Pelosi on a talk show. She didn't want this back in March. She had no choice on the Ukrainian matter. Trump made a mockery of our democracy, and she was forced to act. There are too many witnesses to the phone call, so the case is cut and dry, and it will be presented to the American people.

The Democrats have 20 bills sitting in the Senate. They have continued to put forth legislative proposals, throughout the impeachment inquiry process. If you want to cast blame, talk to Mitch McConnell, who won't even introduce the bills to the Senate floor.

Hate to break it to you, all the politicians are dealing behind closed doors.

The democrats are not doing the right thing. The right thing would be to have a public hearing from day one where all parties participate. Having secret testimony in which only the democrats can participate is wrong and the American public knows it.

Reid had over 100 during his tenure. Your guys were okay with the tactic when it wasn't biting them in the ass. They want bills passed, try bi-partisan efforts before sending them to the Senate.
