Investigation of Clinton emails ends, finding no 'deliberate mishandling'

LOL, how can it be exoneration when the found culpability and violations?

There was no criminal intent. In the now infamous words of Mick Mulvaney, "get over it"

Intend is not required for mishandling and failure to protect classified information. Again, the report talks of violations and culpability and says some people may be subject to punishment - doesn't match any definition of "exoneration" I've ever heard.

There was "no deliberate mishandling of email" unlike Trump who uses his iPhone every day against the wishes of the State Dept.

Just goes to show you. You know enough people, have enough dirt, or even if you're powerful enough. You can basically get away with anything.

Not by a mile.

Declaring Hillary didn't mean to break the law and put national security at risk when she broke the law and put national security at risk, doesn't absolve her of much.

Considering they didn't have a chance to review the information she destroyed, even though it was subpoenaed, just shines a brighter damning light on her.

And to think, this woman is the reason the left is tearing the country apart.

Something to think about.

I think it's obvious now that the left are willing to let this family get away with murder, if it means sticking it to Trump.

Here, HumblePi tried to hide by not directly responding. so I fixed it.

Then again, he's still stuck dancing around nonsense that will keep haunting the DNC for a long time.

Hey, everybudy, look! Over here, over here! We told ya. Duzens of people involved in the Hillary Email scam busted. 38 Hillary loving libs found CULPABLE!!! CULPBL! Buncha criminuls. Over here, over here!

You do know that no punishment comes with a charge of "culpable" and why should there be. Most of the "violations" are for items that we just reclassified secret, years after the fact. You expect these public servants to see the future? And you should also remember, Hillary's exoneration comes from Barr's DOJ.

You know damn well that when Barr's DOJ exonerates Hillary that puts an end to this. Time to move on.

So Barr's DOJ was just supposed to "imagine" all of the evidence hat Hillary destroyed back into existence?

Yeah, no office would be flagrant as to attempt that.

You mean her personal emails that were hers to destroy? They are history. Get over it.

And there you are kids. So long as the left is wiling to forgive this kind of corruption, I'm not really sure they should have much say, or even cause to bitch about anything supposedly done by Trump.

You know, rules for thee and not more me and all that crap.

The "Locker her up!" chants were only to agitate the Trump base. Once he got elected the issue was neglected.

If you just list the stuff, the "suicide", pay to play, Charitable Foundations, work with foreign agents to alter elections, manipulation and conspiracy with MSM outlets, breaching of National Security protocols, destruction of evidence, etc., there is no way any US citizen could avoid legal peril.

That is, except the Clintons. And especially Hillary. It's absolutely astonishing.

Anyone who waves their hand and says "nothing there", when it comes to Hillary, has removed themselves from any conversation about President Trump.

[h=1]Investigation of Clinton emails ends, finding no 'deliberate mishandling'[/h]
The state department has completed its years-long internal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found “no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information”.

The investigation, launched more than three years ago, did find violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action.

Investigators determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican senator Chuck Grassley this week and released on Friday. The 38 are current and former state department officials but were not identified.

While there were no findings of deliberate mishandling of classified information, the report made clear that Clinton’s use of the private email while serving as the secretary of state in the Obama administration had increased the vulnerability of classified information.

Trump has asked "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you can find the 33,000 missing emails". Now we know where they are, and finally once and for all, this trashy conspiracy theory is laid to rest. Hopefully we'll never have to hear another word about "But oh my God, her emails!"

Naw ... all this does is increase the certainty that the State Dept. is part of the deep state and further justify Trump's efforts to dismantle and demoralize it.

Wow, so 1 in 50 emails that went to Hillary violated our national security laws, and that's just the ones we know about -- those received after she had a chance to flush the emails that she didn't want anyone to know about when the knock came at the door.

It didn't start there. Back in the 90s they claimed the Clinton's were coke dealers, were selling plots at the National Cemetery, and were peddling "documentaries" with titles like "The Clinton Murders".

And, this is exhibit A in why I don't care how butthurt the Republicans are over the long, wasteful, expensive witch hunt that Democrats are now being accused of. They still have about 4 more years to go, before it is even in regards to what Newt and his crew did to the Clinton's. And ****, I don't even really like the Clinton's.

Just goes to show you. You know enough people, have enough dirt, or even if you're powerful enough. You can basically get away with anything.

You should have learned that lesson with OJ.

How would prosecuting Hillary, or Bill, or hell, even Obama remove the corruption of the current POTUS?
That logic don't hold, I mean, I guess it might hold if either of those three were to be on the ballot in 2020.
The Right's absolutely unquenchable hard-on for all things Clinton is no comparison to what we are seeing in the here and now.

Hillary and The Culpables did nothing to deserve the witch hunt by Barr. Barr is a hack of an AG and a discredit to the office. We will see if he is more of an embarrassment than was Republican John Mitchell from the Nixon era who went to jail for multiple crimes.

LOL What about the 22 million emails the Bush Whitehouse illegally destroyed? If Hillary was corrupt for destroying her measly 33,000 personal emails, what heinous crimes was Bush covering up in the 22 million he "lost". We will never know will we? And guess what. You could care less isn't that correct?

Most private companies forbid private e mail accounts being used for company business. Apparently this is no longer the case for the government.

In fact, everyone can have their own personal e mail server now!

There is no comparison to what Trump is facing in terms of investigations and oversight and what Bill Clinton faced. That is not to say that I think Clinton was without fault, but the Republicans don't have a right to bitch today until congressional Democrats start accusing Trump of being a serial killer and drug kingpin.

Red Herring. Oh, and just to be clear - the State Department works for Trump, not the other way around. Oh, and the President is the highest classification authority in the government.

Apparently Trump thinks it's okay, he's using his own private iPhone and not the secure phone the secret service wants him to use.

What does that have to do with using a secure phone that can't be hacked? What you're saying is a real red herring.
