The state department has completed its years-long internal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of private email and found “no persuasive evidence of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information”.

The investigation, launched more than three years ago, did find violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action.

Investigators determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information that ended up in Clinton’s personal email, according to a letter sent to Republican senator Chuck Grassley this week and released on Friday. The 38 are current and former state department officials but were not identified.

While there were no findings of deliberate mishandling of classified information, the report made clear that Clinton’s use of the private email while serving as the secretary of state in the Obama administration had increased the vulnerability of classified information.

The conspiracy theories will continue. At the end of the day, most cultural conservatives have nothing but their popular myths since reality sucks so badly for them. They need something to believe in, why not this?

That's weird, I see it all the time on this forum. I don't know if it's trolling or they just refuse to believe that the two parities switched sides and platforms in the sixties. But they incessantly try to blame modern Democrats not just for Jim Crowe, but the KKK and the Civil War as well. Meanwhile, they're waving confederate flags and claiming confederate statues represent their heritage.

Not trolling. Well, maybe some are. But a good amount of idiot conservatives really believe that the KKK was a bunch of liberals, and that Jim Crow Democrats were also a bunch of liberals, and conservatives are the REAL friends of black people who fought against the racist liberals for civil rights.

I think we have the Lost Cause and the United Daughters of the Confederacy to thank for that. The UDOC wrote the public school history books for the entire South for the last hundred years or so. Most of it is revisionist history that glorifies the South and blames all the bad stuff they did on the North. IMO, that explains a lot where they're coming from. But they have yet to explain how most of the population of the South migrated North and the most of the North migrated South. lol

It didn't start there. Back in the 90s they claimed the Clinton's were coke dealers, were selling plots at the National Cemetery, and were peddling "documentaries" with titles like "The Clinton Murders".

Declaring Hillary didn't mean to break the law and put national security at risk when she broke the law and put national security at risk, doesn't absolve her of much.

Considering they didn't have a chance to review the information she destroyed, even though it was subpoenaed, just shines a brighter damning light on her.

And to think, this woman is the reason the left is tearing the country apart.

"considering the fact" that this investigation of 33,000 email has been going on for nearly three years, I'd say that's exoneration. You're stressing your hyperbole to the max now when you claim "this woman is the reason the left is tearing the country apart." The reason this country is being torn apart is because of your heinous, lying president.
