Report: Ukraine ‘Whistleblower’ Had ‘Professional Relationship’ with 2020 Democrat

Report: Ukraine 'Whistleblower' Had 'Professional Relationship' with 2020 Democrat

The intelligence community inspector general testified Friday to congressional investigators that the so-called “whistleblower” who mischaracterized President Donald Trump’s call with the leader of Ukraine had a previous “professional relationship” with a 2020 Democrat candidate, according to the Washington Examiner.

In another conversation with York, a second source revealed: “What [Atkinson] said was that the whistleblower self-disclosed that he was a registered Democrat and that he had a prior working relationship with a current 2020 Democratic presidential candidate.”

The officer’s alleged political bias isn’t the only glaring issue with his complaint. Last week, Fox News reported the anonymous Deep Stater concealed his communications with a House Intelligence Committee aide from Atkinson, who told lawmakers he possessed “no knowledge” of the officer’s contacts with the Capitol Hill staffer. As Breitbart News reported, the development suggests the officer failed to follow the law for protecting intelligence community members seeking to report alleged wrongdoing.

The Trump-Zelensky call sparked House Democrats to launch a so-called impeachment inquiry into the president — despite the fact that the two have both denied any pressure was applied to investigate the Biden family. In a nod to transparency, the White House released a transcript of the call to illustrate no wrongdoing took place.

More evidence of whistleblower bias against Trump.. We are learning more and more about the farce that is this impeachment. What a hoax perpetrated by democrats on the American people, disgraceful! The TRUTH WILL exonerate TRUMP!

To be honest, there are so many truth bombs hitting the democratic party right now this might just happen exactly as I predicted it would!

LOL. The horse left the barn, and right wingers are running to close the barn door. It's almost sad how pathetic this defense is.

In this case, it's actually very possible the previous "working" or "professional" relationship was this guy as part of his job with CIA interacting on a professional level with VP Biden. I'm not about to give Breitbart a click, but if what's mentioned above is any indication, it's the typical garbage we've come to expect from them.
 
OP: I know you think you are making a statement with these threads, but far as I can see the only statement being made is how desperate the Right is to change the narrative to absolutely anything else than what is actually is.

Just thought we'd put this to bed. As I suspected the professional relationship is that the person has worked in a professional capacity as a member of the CIA with both Trump as POTUS and we have to assume Biden as VP, although conceivably he'd be in contact with Congress, so Warren/Bernie/Harris is also possible. The statement is from the law firm representing the whistleblower.

Fourth, the whistleblower voluntarily provided relevant career information to the ICIG in order to
facilitate an assessment of the credibility of the complaint.

Fifth, as a result, the ICIG concluded – as is well known – that the complaint was both urgent and

Look, your rabid accusations are based on... what? A person in government has worked with Democrats. So what? Everyone in government has worked with Democrats. Just like everyone in government has worked with Republicans. This is true of any private business also! I have coworkers who are Democrats and coworkers who are Republicans. Don't you? (or do you not have a job, so don't know how this works?)
