Two illegal aliens are suing the Trump administration to get access to federal welfare and still receive green cards to able to permanently stay in the United States.

The illegal immigrants filing the lawsuit are shielded from deportation by President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

The lawsuit targets the US Government's soon-to-be enforced “public charge” rule, which would effectively end welfare-dependent legal immigration to the U.S. and save American taxpayers billions.

Illegal immigrants come here to work; I believe this is true. However, that doesn't mean they won't game the system to save money.

I believe an overwhelming majority of illegals come for the freebies that liberals like to give out.

About 51% of immigrant-led households receive at least one kind of welfare benefit, including Medicaid, food stamps, school lunches and housing assistance, compared to 30% for native-led households, according to the report from the Center for Immigration Studies, a group that advocates for lower levels of immigration.

Those numbers increase for households with children, with 76% of immigrant-led households receiving welfare, compared to 52% for the native-born.

Can someone please please please explain to me why all these illegals feel they have the right, for one to use our welfare system but for two to sue our president. Why in the heck do we even let them, this is crazy they are not supposed to be here. If they walk In to court to file a law suit for the life of me i dont get why we see them walk out.

Seems like we are mixing apples and oranges here, legal immigrants and illegals. If someone is legal, has a job and works hard, then is hit by a drunk driver, crippled and forced to use government benefits because they have no money, why should they be penalized? This is just more of Trump’s crusade against people who can’t fight back, his appealing to fear and ignorance, his stock in trade.

Why blame him? His people lap it up.
