Kavanaugh graduated from Yale cum laude. Not a big deal. Please post some evidence that he "graduate" at the top of his class. Yale didn't keep class rankings, as you should know considering you attended it yourself. He was a notes Editor of the Yale Law Review. That isn't a major accomplishment either.

Also, what "top marks" did he receive on the second most important court in the USA? If I remember right, he was downgraded by the ABA, and it took forever to confirm him because he was well known to be an ugly partisan. Link to the "top marks", please (along with the link about him "graduate" at the top of class).

Yes, serious investigation about a place that cannot be recalled, at a time that is unknown, by events that all named said never happened. Good idea. I'm sure the FBI would be able to get a real case going with those solid facts... Remember, Dr. Ford was too scared to fly, but she also loves to travel and flies frequently. She was so scarred she had two front doors on her house... but one was a rental room/home office not a functional "double exit". Seriously you people are amazingly incapable of admitting that the whole thing was a sham smear job by activists.

you are confused. saying he was on the YLJ was not a big accomplishment is hilarious. He was at the top of Yale Law school and was on the Yale Law Journal. Cum Laude at Yale changed after I was there, was a bit tougher to get. But it means you were a very good student in the top student body in the country. Given what I know about YLS admissions, his LSAT was in the top one percent.

Trump shouldn’t have prevented an investigation. If an actual investigation proved Ford a liar and fraud, so be it. It just looks like the GOP has no principles, ethnics, or honesty anymore. All you care about is power. You’re so deep into the partisanship and trying to define reality and what is right and wrong for the rest of America, you can’t even recognize how absurd you are.

if Trump had not been the man who appointed him, I doubt we'd see all this silly attempts to pretend he is not qualified. I love the attitude that merely being a notes editor on the top law review in the country is some sort of minor league achievement.

The OP is true. You really don't watch the news, do you? Another accusation surfaced from a friend of BK's from school who claims this is what happened and he claimed that the FBI didn't care to investigate. I don't know if it happened or not - none of us do, as we weren't there. But do you have proof that Max Stier didn't make this claim, which would make the OP a fabrication? If so, post it.

Trump appointed Gorsuch. Nobody that I'm aware of questioned his qualifications.

Do you have some links to back up your claims or not? This isn't hard. Let's see them.
