some memory issues were fatal to her stories. Example-she said after another guy jumped on her and Kavanaugh, she got free and ran out of the house. The house was many miles from her home based on some of her other claims, Now did she walk 10-12 miles home or did she stop on her way (running out of the home) to make a call?

but an even bigger failure. She claimed she was terrified. She also claimed her best friend-another girl-was there-now alone with a "sexual predator". Yet she never told anyone that her friend was in danger. Her story makes no sense.

that's hilarious. Most of the Editors I knew were at least moderate Leftists including Steve Mufson(Washington Post) and Andrea Perkins (who used being the first female EiC of the YDN for her successful campaign for a Rhodes Scholarship). On most issues, the editorial board leaned left

It’s completely unreasonable to think a male applicant is never qualified, so for that reason, it would seem fair to accuse him of gender based discrimination

I have seen that kind of logic used in the corporate setting when the goal is to "manage out" somebody. It's also known as being set up to fail or being put in a no-win situation.

I think its very possible that he is part of SJW crowd who believes women are placed at an unfair disadvantage and he is doing his part to right that wrong. How does a sitting judge on the supreme court defend discrimatory hiring practices based on gender when he himseld engages in it? The more i learn about this guy the more i suspe t he is a progressive.

I don't think this was his intention though, but I can see how it would like this. Yes, it does sound like gender discrimination.
He wanted to elevate women to positions that in the past were normally filled with males and that's his reasoning for hiring only women as his clerks.

Gosh, I think about this, too. It's my hope that if the Democrats lose in 2020, it will be a wake-up call for them. Democrats couldn't even run Obama in 2020. How crazy is that? That's how far Left they've lurched and mostly, it's been driven by AOC and her ilk, as she's mainlined socialism (through the GND) into the heart of the party. They either reject socialism and open borders for illegal aliens, or they'll double down exponentially and all hell will break loose.

Yeah, I'm a bit worried, because if Trump wins, his supporters will be happy. If the TDS crowd loses, who knows what they're capable of.
