So do you think LifeSite was lying about what was testified to in court?
Yes, clearly.

I'll second that. Reading through this article posted by an obviously biased anti abortion site, there seems to be nothing to support the beating heart claim in their headline. Article states heart tissue. Nothing more.
Somebody needs to explain how you can stick a heart in a box, ship it somewhere, and have it beating upon arrival at its destination.
Because they love the children.
Would you prefer baby heads be sold by the quarter?
Yes, clearly.
My goodness, that would be really ridiculous to lie about court testimony when the facts will ultimately come out, wouldn't it?
A source like this doesn't worry about such things, nor does it need to. The whole point is to reinforce what those people already believe, not provide facts.
I don't think this is their point at all. Facts matter.
That part is true. I didn't purport anything. I copied and pasted from the OP. Beating heart and heart tissue are two different substances.
Back to opinion. Mine. I don't think it's likely that beating hearts are being shipped. If they are, how?

The Daleiden and Merritt trial is ongoing in San Francisco. I've Googled but have come up short so far.
He really is that desperate.
Attention seeking behavior, that's what Zimmer threads are, it's what they are all about.
Perhaps I'm mistaken, but the San Francisco Chronicle doesn't appear to be covering this hearing: Search - San Francisco Chronicle
Only to you and them chestnut sized organ between your ears.
You did read the article.
You like the idea of selling baby parts? Doesn’t offend you?
You like the idea of Mengele Ethics in medicine? Of course you do.

Look how desperate you are to believe their hyped and untrue garbage. So do you think LifeSite was lying about what was testified to in court?

You are guilty of incorrect assumptions in your zeal to crucify me.And look how obvious what you’re trying to do is. You’re quoting a legit question I asked of someone else. None of my six posts is “desperate.” In only one do I even express an opinion.
Unlike you, SMTA, I’m interested enough in the topic to have searched for unbiased sources reporting on the Daleiden and Merritt hearing. Perhaps you can produce one…or explain why the hearing is not being reported on by the MSM.
Or perhaps you can refine my Google search: daleiden and merritt hearing - Google Search
You are guilty of incorrect assumptions in your zeal to crucify me.
I researched them and found enough varied information to confirm that their information and presentation was heavily slanted and targeted for ultra-right targets, and of questionable validity.
That is called garbage where I come from.
Your desperation to disparage me has failed.
According to the posted article, here's what was said in court regarding the heart issue:
"Does StemExpress supply fetal hearts to Stanford?” he asked Doe 12.
She hesitated to answer because, she said, “there’s so much targeting of researchers.”
However, Judge Christopher Hite told her the question was relevant.
“Yes, we have provided heart tissue to Stanford,” Doe 12 said.
You talk down to me the way you do, and you will always be addressed in kind.Crucify you? Wow.
I admire your diligent research that has discovered "varied information." Thanks so much for sharing what you ferreted out with the rest of us posting on this thread.
