Dayton shooter reportedly supported gun control, Elizabeth Warren, and socialism

I am not the one making excuses for poor grades.

No, but you are the one who had an advantage over those who had to make their own way and pay for their own education because they didn't have rich parents like you did.

what does that have to do with anything?

Something about 'sucking teets.' What's the matter, can't you even follow a discussion that you started?

I was talking about an entire class of people who want the government to take care of them, and you started making personal comments. yes, I would agree that people who are independent (and not desiring to run the lives of others) are less likely to vote Democrat compared to those who are failures or blame their lack of success on others.

Oh, so you were just degrading an entire class of people...which I presume you mean Blacks. Damn "welfare queens."

I posted a video in the history section about Blacks in Wilmington NC who were making a success of themselves. But apparently they were too successful and the whites got jealous and came in and destroyed their community and killed about 60 of their leaders and their only means of organizing themselves...their local newspaper. Many of the blacks that were left were so afraid they had to move away. Wilmington's black population never really recovered from that. You should watch it, it was a very interesting and well made video.

that is racist to assume that only blacks want to suck on the public teat or have the government take care of them. One of the first things the NRA did was to help arm and teach freed blacks how to use firearms. To protect themselves against the racists who tried to disarm them

When you said an "entire class of people" what else was I supposed to think? So if you didn't mean blacks then who did you mean?

Not according to Taylor. She seems to think that anyone that votes Democrat is pro-slavery. Never-mind, that 95% of Blacks vote Democrat.
No, that's your logic, not mine. You started by saying that people who were against tearing down statues are "pro-slavery" - all I did was apply your thinking to the Democrat party as a whole.

But wasn't it you that asked why anyone who was against slavery would vote for Democrats?

If you're against slavery then why do you vote for Democrats?

Yup, that was you, alright. That's definitely your logic...not mine.

The funny part here is that all you're doing is pointing out how your own logic doesn't hold water.

Yeah, that is funny, especially coming from you. Oh, the irony.

[h=1]Dayton shooter reportedly supported gun control, Elizabeth Warren, and socialism[/h]More information is being reported on Connor Betts, 24, the deceased gunman who shot and killed nine people and wounded 27 others in a mass shooting early Sunday morning.

A Twitter account appearing to belong to Betts showed he supported socialist causes and was a supporter of presidential candidate Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren...

On Nov. 2, 2018, he wrote: “Vote blue for gods sake.”

I don't expect to hear much about that on CNN or MSNBC. Do you?

He was apparently an economic leftist but also a misogynist, so he was a social conservative. :)

There is a lot to unpack with the Dayton shooter but I don't expect you or our other supporters of fascism to be able to handle that kind of discussion. ;)

economic class--race or ethnicity is a different description that is not interchangeable with class

It still begs the question, if Republicans were against slavery then why are they protecting confederate statues and waving the confederate flag? Are they traitors to both their party and country or what?

Yup, that was you, alright. That's definitely your logic...not mine.
Nope, lol. Wrong again!

Those are racist democrat statues you are pulling down in an effort to hide your history. Democrats need people to be ignorant of history. Americans need to know their history. The truth is not always pretty.

Incorrect. He showed a clear disrespect for life and acted contrary to the constitution.

Antifa’s first mass killer

"Over the weekend, America suffered two mass shootings within hours of one another, in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio. These followed another mass shooting in Gilroy, Calif., a week earlier. The alleged perpetrators of the attacks were young, “lone-wolf” gunmen. All three carried out carnage against innocents using high-power rifles. All told, Santino *Legan (Gilroy), Patrick Crusius (El Paso) and Connor Betts (Dayton) killed 34 people and injured dozens more.

While the attacks are similar, the response from liberals and leftists has been anything but.

Democratic presidential candidates Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris and Bernie Sanders succinctly condemned white nationalism — the ideology espoused by the El Paso shooter in his purported 2,300-word manifesto.

However, when it comes to condemning the Dayton shooter’s militant far-left views, all remain mum. Others, such as anti-police activist Shaun King, even claimed the Dayton shooter targeted blacks in a hate crime, though *racism doesn’t appear to have been a component of his twisted worldview.

While Betts, the Dayton shooter, didn’t leave behind a manifesto, his extensive social-media footprint provides clues as to what may have inspired him. Federal investigators announced Tuesday that they are looking into his exploration of violent ideologies.

Betts had long expressed support for antifa accounts, causes and individuals. That would be the loose network of militant leftist activists who physically attack anyone to the right of Mao in the name of “anti-fascism.” In particular, Betts promoted extreme hatred of American border enforcement.

“Kill every fascist,” the shooter declared in 2018 on twitter, echoing a rallying cry of antifa ideologues. Over the next year, his tweets became increasingly violent. “Nazis deserve death and nothing else,” he tweeted last October. Betts frequently flung the label “Nazi” at those with whom he disagreed online.

By December, he reached out on Twitter to the Socialist Rifle *Association, an antifa gun group, to comment about bump stocks, and the SRA responded to him. (A bump stock is an attachment for semiautomatic rifles that allow them to fire much faster.)

In the months leading to his rampage, Betts expressed a longing for climactic confrontation. In *response to an essay by Intercept writer Mehdi Hassan titled, “Yes, Let’s Defeat or Impeach Trump—but What If He Doesn’t Leave the White House?” the shooter wrote: “Arm, train, prepare.”"

Unlike the el Paso shooter, which was motivated by hate filled and vile rhetoric seen by the president of this country, the dayton shooter was an incel moron who is more typical of a school shooter.

Sorry, right wingers. The only ideology shooting up crowds - is yours.

He was a singer in a pornogrind band. I never knew such a music style existed,

I am going to guess his sister was teasing him at the bar the night he came back and shot the place up. Likely about not being able to get any and her friends were joining in on it. Hence leaving and coming back to shoot his sister and other people in the bar.

A nutzo for sure

Glad you agree the statues are racist. But I don't live in the South...you do, so they must represent your history. And I'm not the one pulling the statues down...the descendants of the slaves are. Apparently, they just recently found out what those statures really represent and that's why they want them torn down. Can you blame them?

It's not the Democrats waving confederate flags and claiming the statues represent their heritage, it's Southern Republicans.

These folks literally deny the southern strategy ever existed. Its truly pathetic.
