A grandstanding coach creating a hostile workplace. This isn't just a private organization establishing workplace rules. This is a boss getting hyperpolitical with arguably racial overtones and the employees having to sit there and take it ... or look for other employment of course.

I think you are more likely to be killed by a right wing homegrown terror group than an islamic terrorist. I'm not saying every case is an outright case of racism but I would venture to say it plays a part in the vast majority of the cases. Also most cops in an agitated state tend to overreact and force is their first choice when it should be their last choice.
