Florida officer guilty of negligence for shooting caretaker

He isn't paying for it. The Officer in question nearly killed a man who was unarmed, supine, and with their hands up and doesn't even have a felony on his record.

The obvious difference with law enforcement is that their actions are supported at every level. Their training supports these responses. They are then supported by their Union, their Department, and almost every level of government. The courts have even supported it by extra-judicially establishing a different standard of “reasonable person”.

Thats what’s tearing this country apart. Double standards and special rights everywhere.

Do you have a problem with politicians, law enforcement officers and the court system in Florida? If so, it is not the fault of cops or Americans and you should do what you can to deal with those specifically at fault in your opinion, not turn on innocent Americans because you don't like what is going on in that one place. You do know democrats and blacks are part of the police force and justice department in that place, don't you? Are you going to call them all racist just because you don't like the way things are being done there?

Lefties didn't like the verdict handed out in the George Zimmerman case either but they loved that O.J. Simpson was not convicted of cold blooded brutal murder. If you have a problem with American justice department officials, don't gripe about it like an anarchist communist who just wants America broken down and remade into the Marxist image so many of them think would be best. Do what you can to convince lawmakers that you are right and ask them for recommendations and responses to better deal with the problem as you see it.

Take the latest incident in phoenix. All those cops should be fired and prosecuted for threatening the lives of those black folks who were cooperating with the out of control cops. The good cops keep quiet when they witness the bad ones acting out. So they are just as guilty in my eyes.

A black man went into the offices of the FRC and began shooting with the intention of killing as many innocent people as he could for dummass reasons. It takes a dummass to claim all blacks are dummass killers just because one guy acted on black racist narrative put out by black racist organizations like the NAACP or some other group. It is also beyond stupid to slander all good cops just because one cop did something wrong.

Your problem is not with cops. Your problem is with Florida law enforcement in general, lawmakers and judges in Florida, and the American system of government. Start focusing on the real cause of the problem you see instead of blaming thousands of innocent cops who have done nothing wrong.
