Really, he went around for over 2 yrs bragging he had proof of evidence that Trump colluded with the Russian. Yet he never has shown what he claims is collusion. If Scumbag Schiff had this proof he surly would show Mueller his proof. But then again he probably didn't so that he could keep under wraps his false lies and keep on trying to destroy Trump on his false claims. I am a Liberal but I threw no "book at Trump" with any "false claims" nor has "mueller stomped" on any false claims of mine since I made none. From the get go I said Mueller would not find any collusion by Donald Trump with any Russian agents. I am on record with that.

But that being said, that is not cause for him to resign.

The Hate-Trump Coalition has had 2 years, unlimited resources, a SC who has a distinct dislike of Trump, an FBI who loathes him and adores Hillary, the city of Washington D.C. full of Democrats who want Trump gone and a media acting in lockstep to carry out the mission of the Democrat party.
And they still couldn't make it stick.

Schiff should be impeached for abuse of his office, leaking and lying.

Although CNN interviewed Schiff a total of 17 times in January and February

California Democrat on air just 10 times during Avenatti’s 59.

Now that Avenatti has been exposed & indicted Schiff is in the catbird seat again
on CNN. As peculiar as his views are to me they are likely demanded by CNN
viewers therefore any attempt to suggest he resign is futile.

And didn't find enough evidence to "conclude that the President committed a crime..."

That isn’t at all what Mueller said. What he said is this:

“Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgement, we did not draw ultimate conclusions about the President’s conduct. The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved if we were making a traditional prosecutorial judgement. At the same time, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgement. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President commited a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

Let me put in more plain words so you might understand.

First, I didn't suggest Muller made the statement I posted. That statement was directly from Barr's original letter released at the conclusion of Mueller's investigation. I included it to shed light on the extensive effort that was put forth by Mueller and the brigade of people he commanded over the period of the investigation.

Second, you seem to be overlooking one critical and significantly important part of the conclusion you lifted from the Mueller report.

It goes like this: "...this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime..."

And the reason for that goes like this “Because we determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgement..” So you should focus on the fact that if Murller could have exonerated the President he would have, but said that was not possible based on the evidence.

If they had, what would their conclusion have looked like?


Well, if they had determined to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment, they would have conclude there was insufficient evidence to prove the President intended to obstruct the investigation. Remember, they said "presents difficult issues that would need to be resolved".

They said if there was sufficient evidence, they would have stated as much.

I am certain Mueller will be asked that question in his congressional testimony. We can let him say what he would do with the evidence if he had the authority to indict Trump. They said if they could exonerate the President they would have, but the evidence doesn’t allow it.

Schiff is so secure in the 28th Cal district that's why he structs around like he does.
His district will never vote Republican again, the only way Schiff gets defeated would be
if the demographics change to the extent that they did in Joe Crowleys district which
became solidly minority & Crowley like Schiff championed these minorities to immigrate.
Crowley a 10 term congressman lost to OAC . If Schiff's district changes demographically
like the NY district did, only then will Schiff be in trouble, & let's face it his new challenger
may be worse. After all as bad as Crowley was AOC is dangerous. For guys like schiff & Crowley
if that happens it would be like the chickens coming home to roost. Crowley clamored for immigration,
without realizing that would facilitate his own demise.

I recognize you are echoing the spin the left's MSM talking heads are using, but Mueller stated in his own words what he would have done had the evidence supported a finding the President conspired to obstruct.

It seems remarkable those words in Mueller's conclusion don't seem to exist for people who come to the issue with bias and pre-conclusions.
