Kentucky House unanimously passes bill outlawing sex with animals

Kentucky bill outlawing bestiality passes House, back to Senate
The Kentucky House of Representatives has unanimously passed a bill that would outlaw sex between a human and an animal. Senate Bill 67 passed the House 97-0 on Wednesday, with three members not voting.

The bill would prohibit sexual contact between a person and an animal, defining sexual contact as "any act committed between a person and an animal for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, abuse, or financial gain."
Gonna be a lotta unhappy and sexually frustrated good ole boys..
Opponents have argued the bill is harmful to farmers and artificial insemination for breeding purposes.
    Horny farmers.
Give a man a fish and he can eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he can sit in a boat, drinking beer all day while you fool around with his Woman.

I guess that's a big problem in Kentucky. Perhaps that's why the state abbreviation is KY.

I’m just so proud of Kentucky that they finally outlawed sex with animals.

Really. I mean, it's probably in Leviticus. Isn't it? Didn't God tell Moses not to do that? Lay that goat on the altar and slice it's throat but you'll go to hell for dicking it first. Yeah, that's how legislatures should work. Leviticus.
There's an old truism about this kind of thing- nobody's more energetic about outlawing immorality than someone who's ashamed of his past.

I’m guessing it’s a reference to Mitch McConnell ? And just for the record right here right now, I will state that I don’t believe Mitch McConnell has sex with animals
