Kentucky bill outlawing bestiality passes House, back to Senate
The Kentucky House of Representatives has unanimously passed a bill that would outlaw sex between a human and an animal. Senate Bill 67 passed the House 97-0 on Wednesday, with three members not voting.

The bill would prohibit sexual contact between a person and an animal, defining sexual contact as "any act committed between a person and an animal for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, abuse, or financial gain."
Gonna be a lotta unhappy and sexually frustrated good ole boys..
Opponents have argued the bill is harmful to farmers and artificial insemination for breeding purposes.
Horny farmers.

I guess that's a big problem in Kentucky. Perhaps that's why the state abbreviation is KY.

Then the Turtle is out of luck...

They remember the dayze when men were men, women were women and the sheep were nervous.

I’m just so proud of Kentucky that they finally outlawed sex with animals.

Really. I mean, it's probably in Leviticus. Isn't it? Didn't God tell Moses not to do that? Lay that goat on the altar and slice it's throat but you'll go to hell for dicking it first. Yeah, that's how legislatures should work. Leviticus.
There's an old truism about this kind of thing- nobody's more energetic about outlawing immorality than someone who's ashamed of his past.

Care to elaborate?
I’m guessing it’s a reference to Mitch McConnell ? And just for the record right here right now, I will state that I don’t believe Mitch McConnell has sex with animals :)

Well, there goes the Kentucky Derby!!

What beasts are they concerned with here? Are there statistics?

As for KY, I don't think a sheep, for example, would care if one used KY or not. Surely a mule wouldn't. But I imagine a chicken would appreciate it. Is Kentucky a big chicken state? For some reason, I've always associated chicken with Alabama. Be that as it may, how many people in Kentucky is this going to affect and what are they going to do now? Pray I suppose.

You seem to be one of those people that over-thinks. What I wrote was a joke. It really doesn't warrant extensive analysis.

I've been accused of just about everything, usually with justification. But over-thinking is a first.

What's next? Cousins?

Glad to see another legislature with their priorities in order.

Unenforceable laws might as well not exist, and are a complete waste of energy, but I'm sure they're trying their very best.

Are there any politicians out there actually trying to affect real positive change any more?

Were there ever any, or has it been a jerk around the entire time?

Have the other 4 states passed their bills yet or is sex between a human and an animal still allowed in California, Louisiana, Hawaii and West Virginia?

"... In 2018, five bills were introduced to ban sex with animals: in California (the California bill would make sex with animals a felony), Louisiana (criminalizes promoting or encouraging it), Hawaii, Kentucky, and West Virginia. ..."

West Virginia?...Pretty sure it is legal there

Animal abuse laws are unenforceable? Nonsense. And we’re talking about Kentucky here. For them this IS real positive change.

Give him a website.

Hard to over-think at a website.

Or so I'd think. Surely they have websites in KY.

I take it you have been privy to the evidence he does, and found it unconvincing. I am prepared to stipulate that reasonable opinions can differ here.
