I think it's fine. At his age 4 years is a long, long time. Plus turmp can't claim the sentence was too tough and pardon Manafort.

He'll get more time when he's sentenced for the NY State stuff. trump can't pardon those crimes.
 
The punishment doesn't fit the crime.

Berman is no fan of Manafort and was the one who jailed him for witness tampering, slapped the gag order on him, and sided with the SC that Manafort had breached his agreement with the government and had lied, so I wouldn't sleep well if I were him.

That doesn't necessitate she'll give him the max, but she'll lean in that direction for sure, and I'd bet on Manafort having ten years to serve when all is said and done.

Yeah, whether he gets 10 years or 20 years at his age - anything 10 years or over is a life sentence.

LOL - it didn't take a rightee long to invoke HRC. The GOP slimeballs have been investigating the Clintons for decades. If they were guilty of anything criminal they'd be in jail right now and you know it.
