McCabe has already testified that they would not of sought a FISA warrant without the dossier.

McCabe told CNN his testimony was "selectively quoted" and "mischaracterized" to bolster GOP claims that the Steele dossier was the key to obtaining a surveillance warrant on Page.

Your extrapolation of the metaphor amounts to a strawman.


Because the metaphor addresses a broader category of behaviour than a specific act, to compare it to anything, it will have to be equally as broad, that is, if you are even going to get a crack and making an accurate statement.

The most that can be made from the metaphor, is that, if your friends are crooked and/or corrupt, a reasonable person could easily determine, at the minimum, the odds are great that you are, as well. Specific crimes are not addressed, nor can they be assumed to be identical. In other words:

Your friends/associates are doing bad ****, the odds are you are, too.

That's the best you can make out of the metaphor, so don't turn it into something it is not.

So, don't twist my words, as it were.

The Democrats are guilty of a worse than Watergate style conspiracy; spying on an opposition presidential candidate using government resources, and election tampering. It also turns out the only Russian collusion was done by the Democrats.

Some of the indictments should be handed out in the up coming weeks. The evidence is there to indict Obama FBI and DOJ officials. Once this process starts a second special investigation will also be created. This is where much of the upper level Democrat leadership will be investigated, including Schiff. These leaders seemed to have been part of the Russian-Trump collusion narrative scam. They were either as dumb as a stump, or part of the scam. Either way is not good politically.

The new and upcoming Democrats, who were just elected, are already making moves for the power since they understand this will be up for grabs. Pelosi usually runs a tight ship, but the writing is on the walls, so she is slipping. Schiff is desperately looking for any mud with the hopes he can use this to black mail Trump, in exchange for leniency.
