How do you lure an adult woman into a relationship?
Psych patients under care.
This isn’t hard to get, people.

Are you aware of the concept of medical ethics?

He was ****ing his psych patients.
Jesus.
How the **** would you know? You're an attorney and have access to the evidence? Why are you having top type this? ****ed if I know, what he did, even if one believes the women's stories as lay out is NOT illegal. Maybe a bit unethical, but NOT illegal!

If you think most physicians treating patients suffering from depression, would leverage that to groom them for dominant sex advances....well that would be special of you.medical professionals: a medical malpractice claim may be brought against a doctor or other healthcare provider who fails to exercise the degree of care and skill that a similarly situated professional of the same medical specialty would provide under the circumstances.[2]
Typically, to succeed in a malpractice action the person making a malpractice claim must prove both that the professional committed an act of culpable negligence and that the person suffered injury as a result of the professional's error.[6]

You're going to have to prove something very difficult to prove, before you even get to malpractice.

Where else should it start?

Morning Tim, I have to say here, I wouldn't take a hostile news report taking liberty with how they frame this tale as gospel for sure today. But, there are three women, and at the very least this man took advantage of his profession to gain sexual partners...It's unethical, and he would most certainly lose his licence should they be proven true...Now, it sure does seem like maybe these women thought there would be more with him, and felt jilted when he cut them loose, and now are trying to ruin him, but it was his fault for ****ting where he eats, so to speak....What I don't condone is how some in here are broad brushing it to FNC as a whole, or even in one case injecting race into it...That is nonsense...In any case, the women have an uphill hurdle, but Ablow could face serious professional sanctions, and loss of his place at FNC....
How about is it wrong or harmful to others?
Oh no doubt.. I'm just saying that the burden of proof is very high, since, it could be argued that this had nothing to do with his practice at all. Even an ethics case is difficult to prove when the victims seemed fully on board, (at the time) with the sexual activity.
Let me be clear, I am not condoning his actions, but I also don't just automatically assign him all the blame either.

None of us knows all the facts yet, so I'm reserving judgment. I'm appalled by abuse of power, whether it's prof/student, boss/intern/ or patient/physician.
I learned while watching the YouTube I just posted that this is a civil rather than criminal suit and that Ablow is continuing to see patients.
Of course, now make your case, I'm listening.

And who is the arbiter of that?
