Here is a copy of what you say does not exist. It has been written, just hasn't yet been intoduced:

    https://apps.npr.org/documents/docum...eal-Resolution

Part of this calls for the elimination of the internal combustion engine. Another part calls for the end to cattle. Another calls for the end to airline travel.

No more internal combustion engines means famine and plague for the US while the rest of the world trudges forward plagued by too much food and the means to transport it to where it's needed. Poor devils!

We will be blessed by starvation and a pile of corpses so deep they will clog the streets that will be open due to the lack of vehicle travel as the vehicles are parked and have no gas in their tanks.

We'll be the lucky ones! At least those of us with victory farms will be... The Chinese, warm and safe traveling around in cars and planes will be devastated and sad.
Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book has been rewritten, every picture has been repainted, ...every date has been altered. And that process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right. -George Orwell

Right, it hasn't been introduced. If it were a machine we would call it a prototype.

As you know, once it's debated, it will assume a new shape, new words etc.

Why the weeping and gnashing of teeth at this point in the process?

Not weeping and gnashing of teeth so much as just a disappointed shaking of the head in light of the 60 Congress People who endorse it and the 6 Dem presidential Candidates who endorse it.

AOC is a looney buffoon with good legs, a nice rack and an ability to string together multisyllabic words that sound like they are intelligent unless you actually examine the meaning.

She is perfect to be a weather girl or sell or cars in TV commercials. (C'mon down to Cortez town! We're Craaaaazy!)

When a major political party's elites start to fall in line behind her, it speaks volumes about that party.

LOL, when a major political party's elites fall in line behind Donald, it speaks volumes about that party and the entire political system.

AOC is refreshing to this old white guy. It's nice to see someone thinking and acting outside the box for a change.

Well, I do question her math.....she seems to be coming up trillions short.
No problem. Make drastic, draconian cuts in the MIC budget and use the funds for planet saving a/k/a Green New Deal.

What have you got against money? Money is essential in several ways. As well as being a medium of exchange it is also a unit of account, a measure of deferred payment. It enables a comparison of the costs of production, say the relative cost of a mile of superfast rail and a mile of highway. Also the relative costs of producing energy.

Of course all this is irrelevant to the lefties who think there is a forest of magic money trees, bearing the label "THE RICH".

The Armed Forces budget for 2019 is $892 Billion.....it wouldn't even make a dent in the "green new deal".....which is projected into the tens of trillions.

I have nothing against money, I'm against the way it's used to crush ideas, opinion, innovation and the law. Just as it's being used to crush most green ideas, legalizing cannabis, and buying your way out of jail. Money is good, I like it.

That's actually the point of the GND. To weaken America to the point of economic collapse while our global adversaries take advantage of America's weakness by continuing to rely on fosssil fuels to grow their economies and more importantly their militaries

It would leave the Countries we've pledged to defend ( Taiwan, Israel, Japan, etc ) absolutely vulnerable
