There probably isn't proof of $400 mil. I was using someone else's figures(big mistake-sorry). I think it is really more in the area of $25mil, a drop in the bucket of wasted money, for sure! I guess you are using the spend money to make money for your stance.
$400 mil is nonsense(so far) and I ought not to have repeated it. I apologize for that.
