she is guilty until she can prove herself innocent. they need to turn the letter over and the contents read to
ensure that nothing wrong was done. until then she is guilty.

that is how the system works at this point. it is a system they created so therefore they get to live and die by that system now.

I'm kind of curious as to how she got in the room. She has no business in a Senate Committee hearing - certainly no one on the committee would have invited her. There was also supposed to be additional security in place in the effort to be accommodating to Dr. Ford. Why was she even there?

Clue: conservatives deciding to act like every accusation against a Democrat is true and every accusation against a conservative is a conspiracy =/= liberals destroying the due process requirement for criminal trials of presumption of innocence.

Anyway, nobody put Kavanaugh in jail and this isn't a criminal trial. There's never been a requirement that every fact relied on by a congressional committee, whether on a nominee or otherwise, has to have previously been found by a jury beyond a reasonable doubt at a criminal trial.

All anyone ever needed to know about the seriousness of persons recently pretending to be worried about the applicability of the due process "presumption of innocence" that is for criminal trials in the U.S.......to the votes of individual congresspeople on a committee.





A seemingly credible accusers comes forward against Kavanaugh. People who knew her knew she was severely traumatized. The calendar does certainly make room for the event described. The one guy in a position to have witnessed the attack is also the alleged attackers long-time friend, and an admitted alcoholic whose memories from the time are about as reliable as a goldfish on acid. Many who knew Kavanaugh came forward and indicated that at the very least, he was very dishonest

And not only is that clearly all just really a plot by the Vast Liberal Conspiracy to victimize Kavanaugh - even though they didn't do it to Gorusch - but actually, we need to investigate the contents of an envelope that American saw on T.V.

Nope sorry she is guilty. until she can prove herself innocent her is guilty as accused. you should know this by now.
needs to be investigated and see what the note was and find out what is in the note and if anything illegal happened.

until then it looks like a pay off.
you want to set stupid standards then live and die by those same standards.

Note that her aid has now been arrested for illegally posting personal information about three of the senators. Lee is way too involve in a Senate issue.
