The only way this nonsense stops is if Kavanaugh ignores all the conventional expectations to rise
above this and files crippling defamation suits against both of these frauds.

Based on what is known, taking both of these liars for every penny they have or will ever earn is
not only justified but would likely be a slam dunk for him.

So long as there is no cost to them for their behavior, or even reward by being
celebrated by the criminal left, this will continue to be the SOP of the Democrats.

First off, I used facts to state my position.... that only 1/3 believed this should move forward. Should the Cons moving forward with such low support it is, as my point was, the Cons serving the minority without regard to the majority. The second point of my cite of this poll is the Kavanaugh's positive numbers have taken a nose dive, which i said was evidence of the "taint" on his character.

I'm not certain why you got your panties in such a bunch. I used the facts to back my position...and, since you knew what I was talking about, you too see the fact is that only about 1/3 of voters think we should move forward with Kavanaugh at this time. The fact that 1/3 are undecided is not really germane to the argument as they are not yet in his camp. Or, more boldly, are not ready to say it should proceed, so almost by definition, they are saying it should not, yet.

Evidence in debate is fact based. Mine was. I noticed you did not challenge my facts or ask for a cite. You just believed I owed more data analysis. I am not required to do an editorial analysis of the facts or incorporate every aspect of the facts into my point, only the relevant ones. I did so here. The only number that was important was the number of people that believed we should confirm Kavanaugh. As I pointed out above, if they are unsure, they aren't there yet and should not be counted amongst those that say "lets move forward."

As in any good debate, you are free to ask for cites, challenge my cites, challenge the connection between the facts or, as you did, draw a different conclusion from my facts or develop an retort to my argument equally subjected to my challenge. Debate is about advocacy. I am not required to argue both sides of any issue in making my point.

I think the Animal House antics of Kavanaugh should be a disqualifer. His character has come into question with now too many stories of youthful debauchery. There are plenty of well qualified conservative justices that are now more qualified to be SCOTUS judges because they do not have character issues.
