Nearly 50 members of the Yale Law School faculty are calling for the FBI to investigate sexual assault accusations brought against President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

The faculty made the request in the form of an open letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Friday, writing that "allegations of sexual assault require a neutral factfinder and an investigation that can ascertain facts fairly."

Murkowski & Collins are key here. The entire Ford thing will tip their votes to NO.

Please provide a link to this veto, or a link to where the Senate can call upon the FBI to investigate anything?

Do you object to the separation of powers which ensures that the Senate has the power to "advise and consent" on all senior Presidential appointments?

Well, since everyone else is lying according to Dr. Ford, certainly the FBI would just lie against her too anyway. I mean, there is a vast conspiracy - including everyone she says was at the party and even her own psychologist to lie against her. Why do you think they all hate her so much to lie against her like that?

Besides, we know that is a lie. According to Yale they ONLY HAVE 35 FACULTY MEMBERS - and that includes counting all who are only associates!

in the 60s, radicals demanded that Yale hire more liberals. it did. the liberals then made it tougher and tougher to be a non-liberal and get hired. Even Yale's top constitutional law professor-Akhil Reed Amar, said the monolithic nature of liberal ideology is poisonous at Yale

You know what Grassley did with that letter? He gave it to an intern and told him/her to put it in the proper circular file.

Law professors (if that is, indeed, what that faculty members are) don't tell Grassley OR the FBI what to do.
