Hmmmm... I don't think so. Conservative republicans are constantly going on out the rule of law, following the rules, adherence to principle, etc... and never living up to it.

There's a reason, however, that McConnell told Trump that Kavanuagh was the last person he wanted to see nominated, and that leads into why the Repulicans are stonewalling this.

I know they can use a FOIA for documents.
If they prove that Judge K perjured himself before Congress, should he be removed and or retire from the Bench?
