NEWS HITS Detroit Rep. Bettie Cook Scott on Asian opponent: 'Don't vote for the ching-chong!'

Voting for Trump is as far from “smart” as is possible.

I voted 3rd party, but if I lived in a swing state I would have voted for him. Hillary was a wretch and her party a corrupt machine with horrible policies. In my opinion if you had to chose between the two, Trump is the rational choice over Hillary.

LOL, like this one?

Where is the racism in my remark?

Um, good luck with your :spin:
Put the race card back in your purse.

No spin needed, it's plain to see for anyone who can read. If you care to spin your statement, go ahead, explain your intention with the H remarks...

That basically makes Breakfast At Tiffany's racially sensitive by comparison.

Trumps Fault

And the fact that Trumps President is an embarrassment to the whole country

Speak for yourself.

The real embarrassment, is the petulant whining over a duly elected President is still going strong nearly 2 years later, even as he continues filling campaign promises.

So elections happen and that's the end of the conversation?

Did the whining, whinging, moaning, groaning and gnashing of teeth not occur under Obama from the Conservative side?

I'm not saying two wrongs make a right, but just because an election was won, doesn't mean its the end of the debate, the conversation or politics.

2016 was not the last election ever.

I hope this marks the end of Scott's campaign. No one should take a person who uses those tactics as a serious contender...well.....at least in this case anyway.
