Do you consider HuffPo an extreme left site? I don't. It's a liberal site.

According to Wiki: "The Daily Caller launched on January 11, 2010, as a politically conservative news and commentary outlet and alternative to the liberal The Huffington Post, similarly featuring sections in broad range of subjects beyond politics." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Daily_Caller

This tells the tale. Ostensible intent when launched doesn't square with what it has become.

these media sources are moderately to strongly biased toward conservative causes through story selection and/or political affiliation. They may utilize strong loaded words (wording that attempts to influence an audience by using appeal to emotion or stereotypes), publish misleading reports and omit reporting of information that may damage conservative causes. Some sources in this category may be untrustworthy.

These things are subjective, but, I'll say this...

HuffPo is a liberal site by content, but because it often uses deceptive headlining techniques which are designed
to get you to click on the story, (where content corrects or qualifies the misleading headline) I'll put it in the hard left category, but not as far to the left as the Daily Caller is to the right, where content pretty much matches the headlines.

Media Bias Fact Checker, indeed, confirms this. The meter is not as far to the left as DC is to the right.

And the core of conservatism is the foolish notion that "small government" is a noble goal. Makes a nice sound bite, but when you examine their policy proposals in pursuit of small government, it's always some variant of more goodies for rich people, and less goodies for poor people, either that or an intrusion into women's vaginas.

    Evidence? I didn't think so.

But the more important point is.......

What you are implying by virtue of the above facts, therefore, is moot.

    And reasonable speed.

I don't see it that way. Seems to me, Rosenstein is doing a delicate balancing act, weighing the principle of not tainting and compromising investigations, with the needs of congress and oversight. The FBI, despite oversight efforts, are not obligated to reveal sources and methods or even mention details of current investigations, that has always been the policy. Oversight can also overreach, though it's not supposed to and generally doen't. But, today, we have Nunes. Nunes and crew seem more bent on impugning the integrity of Rosenstein and carrying water for the presidency, thereby abusing his powers as head of the intelligence committee, than he is supposed to be serving the interests of the people .

Speed? A number of investigations in the past, have taken much longer than Mueller has been Special Counsel.
