had the comments been made by cheesecake factory customers, the MAGA hat wearer is on his own. but comments and other inappropriate behavior can never be OK from the staff of the public enterprise

that said, i would welcome an opportunity to hear the story from the staff, itself. when only one half of the version is heard, it tends to be a bit distorted. take the following instance. the NAACP should be ashamed for refusing to admonish the minister/NAACP official who lied about the cop - once the facts were evident:

Do women around the country have a right to be disgusted that such a despicable and radically unqualified piece of **** was given the honor of being named President of the United States when an obviously more qualified woman was running instead?

Donald Trump ran around the country for the eight years President Obama was in office telling blatant lies claiming he was secretly a Muslim born in Kenya who had no right to even run for office. He openly appealed to Klan Members and racists, who cheered in the streets when he was elected. When Neo-Nazis murdered an innocent girl that was protesting them in Charlottesville he said there were "very good people on both sides" of the protest. Was that right or just? Do African Americans and other minorities have a right to be ****ing pissed off that their president apparently thinks as highly of murderous Nazis as he does about them? Do they have a right to be pissed off the KKK considered Trump to be their White Knight who is finally popularizing their ideas again?

Donald Trump has intentionally gone around the country doing everything he can to piss off and antagonize half the country knowing full well that the other half is a bunch of **** heads who will love it and vote for him because of it. Trump is human ****ing garbage, and we have a right to be disgusted by him, and anyone who would let this reckless lunatic have access to nuclear weapons.

If I were you I'd stick with the legal argument because if you want to debate what is morally right or just conservatives don't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning that argument. As for closure. I reported the event to the police later, and gave my friend's address as an area point of physical contact.
Evidently, he was "known" to the police for this kind of crap.
We both made the statements and they took it from there.
I have a feeling he was "sans firearms and other weapons" shortly afterward.
I could not correctly ID the pistol he had as it was one of those square black "blocky Glocky" looking types with no personality to it.

This is the kind of gun control i support fully.
Some nut jobs like him have no business having guns.
If you can't control your own reactions to minor incidents, then you can not control deadly weapons either.
