Did code prevent Trump from installing fire sprinklers?
Trump hate is a bad thing!!
Did code prevent Trump from installing fire sprinklers?
The underlying importance of this thread is Trump's willingness to risk public safety because he is hostile to regulations. This isn't the only time. See below:
South Carolina regulators on Tuesday rejected an effort by the Trump Organization to limit its environmental cleanup liabilities at an industrial site once owned by President Trump’s eldest son.
During the campaign, Trump stated that "for every new regulation, two must be eliminated," emphasizing his belief that regulations are inherently bad.

If he started the fire then it means he'd rather die in a fire than have Trump as his president.
And he probably wouldn't have died in the fire at all if the Millionaire limousine liberals in the building agreed to a temporary rate increase to pay for the sprinkler system. Instead the tenants decided that the risk was worth it.
Yada, yada. We know they were up to code.
And we know the code was inadequate because concessions were made to the rich landlords, including Trump, who didn't want to pay for sprinklers.
Your Honor, It reflects the mindset of Mr. Trump, who happens also to be in a position to support or eviscerate regulations. It's an omen of things to come.Trump's supposed willingness to risk public safety has absolutely no bearing in this situation.
