Nikolas Cruz's Carer Wants Control of Florida Shooter's $800K Inheritance

Just might be another root cause for the shooting, and we might even investigate it, if the constant 'gun ban' screaming ever gives way to rational thought.

Go take a look at how little respect kids have for adults these days.....there is a really good reason for that, and it involves DEEP SUCKAGE, on multiple fronts.

Some folks just aren't woke yet.

So, they take Cruz in knowing his mother had an $800K estate.
Cruz is now jailed, so they have little brother committed to get him out of the picture.
I also notice that foster parents live in a trailer.
They sound like pure trailer trash who figure that they are owed the money since Cruz 'ruined' their lives.
Makes sense now.

Could get actions against Cruz actually driven him to the shooting sure to anger?
Also explains why they kept Cruz after all those police calls.

The Yahoo article was full of speculations and obviously has caused several on this thread to conclude things that just don't add up.

Nikolas Cruz has a younger brother Zachary. When their mother died they moved into the home of a family friend, Roxanne DesChamp. Roxanne knew the kids since they were very young. She was well aware of the behavior problems of Nikolas and the number of times the mother, Lynda, who was widowed had to call the police on Nikolas and by other accounts Zachary too. Lynda and the boys lived in a 600,000 home but before the mother died she sold it in a short sale meaning she got nothing for it but the bank retrieved a bit of their loss.

It sounds like their mother Lynda had a substantial life insurance policy. Some reports claim the money set up to be dispersed to the children in increments at different ages.

Nicolas started buying guns. Roxanne DesChamp wouldn't allow the guns in the house. She took the guns away from him and told him if he wanted to stay there, there would be no guns. According to DesChamp Nicolas became very angry and started tearing up her home when her son physically removed him from the home. She then called the police and told the dispatcher that she needed protection from Nicolas and that he was armed. That same night Nicolas phoned the police and said he had been beat up and kicked out of his home and told the police he had become angry when he couldn't find a picture of his mother. That's where the Snead's come into the picture. Their son was friends with Nicolas and they took him in and he did have a gun in his possession that they told him needed to be locked in the gun safe. The Snead's said he was very polite, followed the rules.

Zachery, Nicolas' younger brother stayed with DesChamp. After the massacre Zachery had a breakdown and the police were called and under the Baker's Act was forcefully removed from the home to a mental facility for treatment.

The reason DesChamp may have moved to take control of their inheritance is because Nicolas is incapacitated and so is Zachary at this time. I wouldn't be so quick to accuse this woman of sinister acts. There could be law suits filled now that it is known Nicolas has a big inheritance coming. She could be doing this to protect Zachery's inheritance.
 
So much speculation. If Cruz gets the 800,000 it will almost certainly get eaten up by the court process or civil findings. If she is able to prevent the inheritance from occuring she can protect it and secure it for the younger brother. That is a noble cause and a possible reason why she might be doing it. As for the $2900, I reckon if when she took away his gun collection he set about destroying the place, its not unreasonable she kept $2900 for the damages he cause...if that is in fact what happened (because right now its all hearsay).

What kind of sick foster parents would throw away / hide a picture of their foster kids mom. And of course the little brother had a breakdown, he just found out his brother shot up a school. They are trying to get the inheritance money put in their name, not the little brothers.

Funny they are claiming they had a will from the mom stating the DeChamps should get the money but they are claiming they lost it. Im pretty sure, living in a trailer park, she would have cashed it in right away.

And how do you know for a fact that she did such a thing! That's the line that Nicolas told the dispatcher. And he didn't mention to the dispatcher anything about the guns. The recording of his call was released by the police. But DesChamp also called and she had witnesses that backed up her story.

The simple fact that she tried to steal the money after involuntarily putting the little brother in a mental hospital is all I really need to know. None of her excuses matter. Shes probably a meth head with meth head neighbors.

YOu have no proof of what you have just accused this woman. none.

I actually think it was Roxanne DesChamp that alerted the FBI about Nicolas Cruz.

Roxanne was a good friend of Lynda and the boys. She would have been right there in the thick of Nicolas' bad behavior and probably someone Lynda confided in. In the released transcript of the FBI call to the tip line, the woman unnamed knew all the details of why Nicolas had been kicked out of different schools, about killing birds and dissecting them on the kitchen counter of his mother's home. She knew about all the times the mother had to call the police on Cruz and elderly abuse to his mother. She kept abreast of his social media pages and pictures of guns and ammo he had bought. She knew exactly where he was living and the address of the Snead's. She told the FBI he was unstable and was going to explode any day. And her fear is he was going to shoot up a school and needed to say something now.

Roxanne DesChamp would have known all those details. Too bad the FBI dropped the ball and didn't turn the call over to their Miami office.
