So you think it's no big deal for one country to meddle in another's elections?
I am sure this has happened before but in my opinion it's also notable to see who is out to get you, not treat it as nothing.
The idea that another country meddling in an election is what isn't really a big deal, since it's extremely common.
What really would be a big deal is if they could successfully pull it off -- then, sure, it'd be a big deal. But, as GWB said in the OP "that's another story."
The type of *meddling* is also a factor in whether it's a big deal or not. Hacking the DNC, if it happened, was a new type and was not only invasive, but illegal. Yet, even that cannot be said to have had an influence on the election, at least experts have not said it had an effect.
The type of meddling that would be truly unforgivable is hacking of our election results. That would be a biggie, indeed. But, things like Russia publishing propaganda to bolster Trump, or Italian politicians coming here and stumping for Hillary are acceptable.
