Washington (CNN)An Illinois Democrat who was seriously wounded in Iraq derisively referred to President Donald Trump's draft deferments after Trump called Democrats "treasonous" for not clapping during his State of the Union speech."We don't live in a dictatorship or a monarchy. I swore an oath—in the military and in the Senate—to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, not to mindlessly cater to the whims of Cadet Bone Spurs and clap when he demands I clap," Sen. Tammy Duckworth tweeted Monday evening.
Duckworth, an Army veteran who lost her legs while serving in Iraq, appeared to be referencing Trump's draft deferments. Trump received five draft deferments throughout the Vietnam War, and on one occasion, Trump received a deferment because of bone spurs.

Every time Trump gets a bad case of diarrhea of the mouth, his apologists and fans want to pretend that it is fine Swiss chocolate dribbling down his lips and chin instead of the far more offensive material it actually is.

Its old already and we did not believe it the first time it was used let alone time and time and time again.

She took an oath to “Resist!”and exploit her injuries as far as humanly possible. After all, she has two of the fiveboxes checked:

Wounded
Female
Unchecked:

Not white

She’s a Bo Bergdahl Democrat.

Accolades for her service, but a big zero for her respect for the nations president.

OK, but neither is she assaulting it. Her remarks were "constitution neutral". Her oath is not to the man, not even to the office, but rather to the document itself.

She took an oath to defend The Constitution. There's no such thing as "constitution neautral".

The FBI broke the law. Why isn't she demanding an explanation?
