U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on Friday sided with the Department of Justice after multiple news organizations, including CNN and USA Today, sued for the public release of Comey's memos after their Freedom of Information Act requests were denied.

Here's James Comey's testifying ( commiting perjury ) that his decision to exonerate Hillary Clinton was made after he interviewed her and her cronies. He also leaked classified data to his buddy, who he also hired as his attorney so he could exploit attorney client privileges



Thanks to the memo, we also know that James Comey signed off on 3 of the FISA warrant request, knowing the documents supporting those request were just Hillary funded and unfounded oppo-research. Weeks later he told Trump the contents of the dossier were salacious and unverified.

James Comey has ZERO integrity and credibility as a man, or a witness in a criminal trial. He is officially a dirt bag, a low life who's very selfish and illegal actions did a extraordinary amount of damage to the reputation of the agency he claims to cherish and defend. His latest tweets show that he has totally disconnected from reality

Mueller wants to use him as a witness ? Lol ! Good luck with that

I have no idea, I haven't been paying much attention to either. Also neither one has anything to do with the James Comey's memo's or his complete lack of ethical standards

Wasn't Nunes part of that 'forgetful' transition team??? No conflict of interest there.... :roll:

I'm no fan of Jefferson Sessions but he has more ethics than Nunes.... at least he recused himself.... :peace

James Comey did far worse than just lie to a Congressional committee. He selfishly used the power and authority of the most powerful and well respected investigative agency in the world to push his own personal political agenda.

And he did it at the expense of the thousands of hard working agents and personal that worked under him

His actions alone caused massive harm to the agencies reputation that will take years to repair.

It took the FBI decades to shake off Hoover's corruption.

Comey not only doesn't think he did anything wrong, he holds himself up on twiiter as the example of ethical and principled leadership and a defender of the agency he's done so much damage to

... is a FISA court judge. Did he sign off on one of the FISAs on Carter Page?!?

While I agree it looks bad for the FBI. I would caution you that what your basing it on is Nunes opinion. His claims need to be verified.

This reminds me of Boner and his House of fools and their constant drumbeat of 'the most unconstitutional president evah', but somehow never did their constitutional duty and charge Obama with anything....

Just more rabid rhetoric to try and keep the paranoids in the delusion right wing inline... :peace

A few things. The memo is the product of a House oversight investigation, its not the opinion of one man.
The House oversight committee had access to subpoenaed DOJ and FBI documents which included the FBIs FISA application to the FISC court

Remember, Nunez had to threaten to hold Rosenstein and Wray in contempt of Congress to get the FBI and DOJ to turn these documents over.


Next, the memo was read by Wray before it was released to the public, and if it contained any inconsistencies and or fabrictions, he would have let us know

Actually, he would have called a immediate press conference and exposed it as a partisan hit piece filled with lies.
Wray did not want that memo released, neither did the DOJ


Next, the memo was read by other House members, and even a few Democrats before it was released to the public, which gave the Democrats and a few RINO's plenty of time to come up with a decent rebuttal
They have yet to offer up a effective counter argument, because there isn't one.


Next, it basically just confirms what people already knew, what they already suspected.
Back in April CNN posted a article about the FBI using the dossier to bolster their investigation and to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page.

Ive posted that article numerous times on this forum, its old news, the memo just confirmed it

Next, so far 6 senior Obama era FBI and DOJ officials have either been dismissed, demoted or reasigned and this all happened prior to the memo's release.

Everyone of them had a some connection to the dossier, to Fusion GPS, or were part of the FISA process that led to the surveillance and some of them were mentioned by name in the memo

The memo's not only accurate, its just the tip of the iceberg. The IGs report when its released, will be far more comprehensive and descriptive and the House intel committee is already talking about releasing their next memo.

Probably the same thing that happened to his opinions on Benghazi. Disappeared when he realized it wasn't going anywhere. Mueller's investigation though, that's not going away.
