Of course I looked. Your repeated presumptions of moi are self-revealing. And wrong. So you need to look at my posts before you reply. You've replied to me several dozen times over recent years so you should know. I know for instance who are the Putin-Trump Fanboyz here and there. It's basic.

Duckworth was director of the state veteran's agency. When you sue you sue the director. The state defended the case which is what the state does. There was a settlement. Then the two plaintiff gals backed out of the mutually agreed settlement after Duckworth said the case was "frivilous." Indeed, the plaintiiffs had settled their alleged career ending horrors for $26K bucks. Twenty-six thousand bucks wouldn't get you or I the car we'd prefer to buy nevermind compensate for losing our respective career.

Speaking of collusion the two gals were in contact with the Mark Kirk campaign -- he's the Republican senator Duckworth defeated in Illinois. It wuz then the gals decided to turn around and reject the settlement which wuz at that point unsigned. A new trial was scheduled for February 2017. Yes, 2017. Given there was a settlement the court seems not to have found much time to hear the settled case. Keep us posted plse thx. I'd also wonder how that loser Mark Kirk is doing theze dayze thx.

Here meanwhile is what Duckworth said to Trump during the campaign in 2016....

"By the way, Donald Trump, I didn't put my life on the line to defend our democracy so you could invite Russia to interfere in it. You are not fit to be Commander in Chief," she said, a reference to Trump's controversial remarks encouraging the country's government to try to dig up and release more damaging emails concerning the Democratic Party and its presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton.

Putin-Trump.

DUckworth ran roughshod over the whistle blower statutes personally. Because she was the director and ostensibly acting as the director, she wasn't personally responsible for her actions but the state was and the state settled. Duckworth may care about veterans but when push came to shove and her image and agency was on the line she let them down. That matters to me, god only knows why it doesn't to you.

Duckworth is the first to say VA worked miracles for her which is anyway what VA does daily. Sen. Duckworth was on top of the details of the state and federal VA each day she was director of the state agency and once she arrived in Washington. No one however is foolish enough to try to get or master every detail. After the settlement the two plaintiff gals in Illinois reneged due to their collusion with the Mark Kirk campaign for reelection which he lost to Duckworth by 14 points. The two gold digger gals still haven't seen their flimsy $26K either.

It was the Republicans who'd said during the campaign in 2016 Duckworth "Didn't stand up for veterans." That **** connects directly from Trump attacking a NYT reporter who has some disabilities. The problem with the Putin-Trump gang to include a lot of veterans over there is that they don't quit which means somebody's got to stop 'em. If our Constitutional system hadn't produced the special counsel office and put Robert Mueller in it at this time we'd likely be in some unthinkable super deep **** right now.

Weak tea. She was the director, it was her job to handle whistle blower issues with her agency. Instead she created a work environment that forced them to leave their positions. You can provide proof of your smarmy accusation about them being paid by Kirk? Because I sure never heard anything about that. Your comment about the 26K is rather sad too. You support the government screwing over whistle blowers that were mistreated by the head of the agency they tried to highlight abuses to? What does that say about how Duckworth treats abuses within the VA when she was director?

I rarely drink tea of any measure thx anyway.

The two gold digger clerk gals colluded with the Kirk campaign and it's cost 'em their court settlement of $26K, which is what I said. I said nothing about the two gals being paid by the Kirk loser campaign as there's no evidence or accusations of any such thingy. What is known is that the Kirk campaign manager called the two amateur gold miners after the settlement was reached, after which the two reneged. And which is where it's been since. It reminds us of the old saying never to buy anything from anyone who's out of breath.

Sen. Duckworth is meanwhile doing her duty calling out Trump on the fact he's not qualified to be CinC. Anyone who might think Trump is qualified to be CinC should speak now or forever hold his peace. I doubt Trump is qualified to run the commissary at Ft. Leavenworth. He might do better there to produce and open a play and call it "Springtime for Putin-Trump and Their American Conservative Rightwhingers."

You are making these allegations with no proof, poisoning the message with no supporting evidence. Please do so or lose what little credibility your posts possess.

I'll accept with a measure of cheer the "little credibility" the Putin-Trump Fanboyz do grant to me. All the same I can do without it thx. Rather well in fact. You and I do this posting back and forth in bursts don't we. Over time. On-off and hot-cold. Must have something to do with the time of the month over there.

There still isn't anyone posting to the thread who says Donald Trump is qualified to be CinC. Y'know, all those nuclear weapons and missiles. It's cause he ain't qualified. No way, nohow. Not was, is or would be.

Oh for gods sake, cite your bull**** or quit alleging it.

CIA director says Trump crossed ‘the line’ by comparing CIA officers to Nazis
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...cia-officers-to-nazis/?utm_term=.de317109fe31

He is currently being hounded by an investigation into something he did not do by a group of politically connected federal police... I agree, less like Nazi Germany and more like the Soviet Union... or, ironically, Putin's Russia.

You read what you wanted to read. By missing my reference you display your failure of awareness and alertness to the critical issues and the vital stakes. You are busy instead propagandizing for Putin-Trump.

LOL. Yeah, I missed the reference because A) We are inundated with "Trump is a Nazi" and you fit that bill, B) It had nothing to do with my comment, and C) all the "Youse" (sic)

The post is entirely an off center rant.

You have gone full dodge mode.

We see clearly youse over there will not be persuaded. Youse are hard core.

More "Youse". I also love when someone who will not be persuaded faults someone else for not being persuaded. Your post is consumed by equal parts obliviousness and narcissism.

I nominate this post as the biggest bull **** response for the month.

LOL. So are you trying to say that my post was in response to Rogue Valley?

Also, I realize the truth hurts, and you have a lot of that kind of pain heading your way.

Trump asked for the resignation of his appointed National Security Advisor Michael Flynn for lying about his contacts with the Russian ambassador and acting as a foreign agent for Turkey.

Soooo... your evidence of Trump collusion with Russia is him firing someone for meeting with Russians? Do you even logic, bro?

Oh for gods sake, cite your bull**** or quit alleging it.

And here I was hoping you'd nixed out the "little credibility" you said I had in youse guyz books over there. Or maybe in your book only so I dunno which or both. Kindly advise thx given the post seems issue an ultimatum or sorts. I look forward to your reply so I can indicate what I might think of ultimatums, arbitrary, summary and presumptuous as they are.

Trump should have accepted possible conscription and gone to the Nam so he could have advised the troops on how to avoid STDs. It wuz the patriotic thingy to do -- perfect service for a private Trump. Private Trump taking care of the privates.

The commanding general of Norad said publicly in November he'd refuse an "illegal order" by a Potus to launch a first use of nuclear weapons. The statement and the context are unprecedented. It came a few months after Trump's "fire and fury" eruption concerning NK. Air Force Gen. John Hyten was appointed commander of the nuclear arsenal by SecDef Mattis. The two colleagues go back a long way in their careers. The armed forces continue to be commanded by officers whose oath is to the Constitution, not to Trump. It has always been so btw. It is a violation of the UCMJ for enlisted personnel to obey illegal orders also.

Youse over there are missing a lot about all of this. Trump needs to be cautious not to back anyone into a corner in these matters. Yet we know Trump is not a cautious person. Someone needs to email Vlad about it lest Putin goes too far too.

I addressed your wildly erroneous and screwy post #413 in my post above #421.

There are people theze dayze who say they spent a career working in intelligence to include dealing with the Russians. We've seen how Trump and his advisers have been doing their Russian deals. This includes a retired general whose career was in intelligence and who worked, colluded and profited from sitting at the right hand of Putin in Moscow. Double dealing with the Russians, yes. We over here see a common thread over there. Which means we have a number of former intelligence guys who seem to have doubled down on it. Or doubled up.

So, your response to the idea the clerks were paid off was to spout off 3 plus paragraphs of information that doesn't relate to it in any way. Again, Duckworth treated whistle blowers telling her about the VA agency she headed up having problems and she tried to fire them. If you want to toss allegations you need to actually corroborate them or your arguments just look foolish. You apparently doubled down on foolish.

In conclusion I have to assume you have nothing to back up your allegations.

Wrong again. I've been posting supporting information that is on the record while you keep inventing stuff that suits your imagination and purposes of evasion and deflection.

So I weep not over the prospect I may have lost all of the "little credibility" I had with The Incredibles over there on the right. Youse are incredible in the extreme when you accuse Sen. Duckworth the retired Army lieutenant colonel of not being responsive to the concerns of fellow veterans. Moreover, you yourself introduced and keep throwing up "the ideal the clerks were paid off." I said I never said that and I say again I never said that. You say it and repeat it which attests to your being incredible. You are incredible because you have no argument. All there is over there is stuff to make up as you go along reading my baseline of factual information. Indeed, you engage in a perfect example of opportunity cost, i.e., you chose incredulity over credibility. The costly consequence is that the balance sheet over there is discombobulated and your profit and loss statement is in a spontaneous combustion. It's the same as with your boy Trump -- bankrupt.

We know Sen. Duckworth isn't the only one whose duty includes to contradict the notion Trump is a qualified or competent commander in chief. The Joint Chiefs of Staff took on the racism of Charlottesville which Trump defended by saying there are "good people" on the Nazi side of it....

Analysis U.S. Generals Lead Unprecedented Revolt Against Trump, Their Commander in Chief

Army brass know that if every black soldier quit in protest over Donald Trumps comments, the U.S. military would collapse

When you combine 19th Century Man and 21st-century powers, you get U.S. President Donald Trump. And when you refuse to accept Trump, you get the most amazing phenomenon of the week: the public stand of the Joint Chiefs of Staff against their commander in chief.

This is unprecedented in U.S. history. Never before have the generals and admirals been so united. There was a revolt of the admirals against the reduction of naval forces over air force bombers; and the Joint Chiefs of Staff worked together against Chairman Colin Powell and President George H.W. Bush on the issue of tactical nuclear weapons in the ground forces.

But there is no precedent for this united front, a calculated provocation against the president who is capable – legally and temperamentally – of dismissing them all, even if it also means the resignation of Secretary of Defense James Mattis.

Theres a great irony in Trumps clash with senior army officers over his comments about events in Charlottesville. Trump, who with his aching feet evaded the draft during the Vietnam War, revels in the military atmosphere. Hes an armchair strategist whose armchair happens to be located in the worlds most important office.

There, he plays the general and coins alliterative phrases like fire and fury and locked and loaded. Yet he is now the target of fire and fury from the very officers he so admires – and while he is still taking pleasure in those who embrace the legacy of the Souths rebellion 150 years ago, he himself is the subject of a rebellion (if only a verbal one).

Read each tweet by each general on the JCS about racism contained in the link. The seven generals/admirals tweeted contrarily in the week after Trump's Charlottesville statement asserting insanely that there are "good people" on the Nazi side of the Trump cause. Everything about Donald Trump is spurious.

You are able to prove the bolded? Because you keep alleging it without a shred of proof.

I am not accusing Duckworth of anything, when whistle blowers came forward about the status of VA facilities under her agency she ignored them and tried to fire and/or demote them. Instead of dealing with the problem they were outlining. I am not accusing Duckworth of anything---that's what she DID.

If it were not for the war mongering party of the GW Bush GOP which includes folks like Trump that wanna start WWIII with the giant red button on his desk, Duckworth would still have two legs .......
