Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

I prefer my original OP questions thank you.

Who hired the Blutstein creep? Pruitt? It seems that Pruitt is also a paranoid [and expensive] cretin just like his boss Trumpco.....

First on CNN: Security costs skyrocket at 'lightning rod' EPA

Is this all you have? Irrelevancy and strawmen?

You are dismissed (at least, until you come up with relevant and cogent discussion).

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

Prove these bureacratic activists are engaging in science.

Oh, shut up.

Nobody is going to comprehensively list everything the EPA does and why it is "science", just so you can lie about what they posted. The trolling is so very predictable and boring.

You wouldn't know cogent if it pissed on your pants.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

Prove they're even conducting science (without making the thread about me).

The fiddling with temperature data is the biggest science scandal ever

NOAA scientist: Colleagues manipulated climate change data for political reasons

The Obnoxious Fabrication of Global Warming

"Gleick has publicly confessed that he contacted The Heartland Institute fraudulently pretending to be a member of the Board of Directors. Emails released by The Heartland Institute show that he created an email address similar to that of a board member and used it to convince a staff member to send him confidential board materials. Gleick then forwarded the documents to 15 global warming alarmist advocacy organizations and sympathetic journalists, who immediately posted them online and blogged and wrote about them.

Their expectation apparently was that the documents would be as embarrassing and damaging to the global warming skeptics as were the emails revealed in the “Climategate” scandal to the alarmist side. The Climategate revelations showed scientific leaders of the UN’s IPCC and global warming alarmist movement plotting to falsify climate data and exclude those raising doubts about their theories from scientific publications, while coordinating their message with supposedly objective mainstream journalists.

But the stolen Heartland documents exonerated, rather than embarrassed, the skeptic movement. They demonstrate only an interest at Heartland in getting the truth out on the actual objective science. They revealed little funding from oil companies and other self interested commercial enterprises, who actually contribute heavily to global warming alarmists as protection money instead"

The agency’s junk-science promoters are flipping out.

"The EPA has over the course of the last 20 years marshaled its vast and virtually unchallenged power into an echo chamber of deceptive science, runaway regulations and fatally flawed research derived from unethical human experiments. The EPA’s conduct runs the gamut from subtle statistical shenanigans to withholding key scientific data, from seeking to rubberstamp baseless research data to illegally spraying diesel exhaust up the noses of unsuspecting children and other vulnerable populations."

They seem to be doing something...I am not sure its science.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

If there's no corruption, there's nothing to worry about.

Drain the swamp.

One can just imagine your reply if it had been Obama administration who had had spent taxpayer money to investigate federal workers who were critical of Obama. But since it's Trump, of course you're okay with that!

The worst thing is that you probably don't even see the hypocrisy there.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

The Mueller investigation was launched based on false evidence.

Yeah, 'cause just like Trump said, there were NO meetings and no contacts between his campaign team and the Russians, right? And none of his campaign staff or transition team were agents of other nations, right? And none of his transition team lied to Congress about any contacts or meetings with the Russians, right? And none of his staff lied in their applications for security clearances, right? And Trump didn't brag to the Russian ambassador the very next day after firing the director of the FBI that a lot of the pressure on the "Russia thing" had been gotten rid of, right? And Trump didn't tell an NBC interviewer that he fired the FBI Director because of the Russia investigation, right?

Yeah, no evidence at all....

Did the FBI pay Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele (a foreign agent) to spy on an American presidential campaign? Oh...oh...wait...let me guess...that's different, right? :lamo

Were any of those meetings, or contacts illegal? Because if they weren't you have zilch.

Let's hear your "but...but...but..." excuse. Go ahead...lay it on us. :lamo

Looks more like the science of propaganda.

EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

The Trump "thought police" are ferreting out "resistance"? Are government employees not allowed to have political opinions under the Trump regime?

Congress should look into exactly what useful/lawful work this firm is doing with their $120,000 EPA contract, and why Blutstein is poking into the private lives of EPA employees.

Its about damned time someone kneecapped this rogue agency. They work for us and we just elected their boss; he sets their agenda. If they cant follow HIS orders they need to go and find a real job somewhere.

Who do they think they are working for if not "we the people," the same "we the people" who elected their boss.

Lying to the FBI about an investigation is illegal.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

Lying to the FBI about an investigation is illegal.

Lying to the FBI about illegal activity is illegal.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

Lying to the FBI about illegal activity is illegal.

Correct. As is lying to them about an investigation.

its not illegal to stay home on a Friday night, but if a cop asks you where you were and what you did on Friday night, it is very much illegal to lie to them about it.

Only if by lying, you're covering up a crime.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

Were you this poutraged when Obama did it?

It only happened in your head, so no. ODS.

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

The act of lying to the FBI is a crime in itself. If foreigners like me know that, where were you edumacated? Moscow?

Re: EPA consultant is investigating anti-Trump 'resistance' within the agency: report

It is quite possible to engage in science while opposing Trump. In fact, the supporters of Trump tend to include the Young Earthers, the anti vaxxers, the climate change denalists, the believers in conspiracy theories of all sorts, readers of Tarot cards, in short, people of all sorts who have denied the findings of modern science in favor of wishful thinking and the old time superstitions.

Aside from all of the snide attributions that you have conjured up, let me just ask this:

How is that that all government climate cult alarmists and their socialist sycophants are the same people who rape 8 year old girls, smoke meth, and defecate in public, please explain this unholy nexus?

Now onto the substantive issue that you have accidentally raised:

I worked (in science) in the real world for 50 years. Had I ever been caught undermining my bosses orders I would have been fired unceremoniously for just cause and would not have collected a dime in severance pay or unemployment compensation. The top of my reporting chains were the CEOs, and it was not required that I either like or respect them but to undermine them on company time or to do so in pubic, even on my own time, would have ended my employment instantly.

My CEOs (for useless EPA bureaucrats, that's the current President of the USA i.e. Donald Trump) were appointed by the stockholders (for you useless EPA bureaucrats, that's "we the people")

In each case, the will of the owners of either the private corporation or our country is reflected in whom WE chose to lead it. In the case of the USA "we the people made Donald Trump your top boss - obey him or get the boot. Employee opinions are worthless, less than worthless, for government "worker" opinions. It is their job to either obey their leadership (Donald Trump), quit, or expect to be fired with cause.

It is mind boggling for we of the real world to observe these Washington DC swamp rats claim they answer to some "higher authority," be it Gaia, "Bill Guy the science guy," Al Gore, or Hollywood stars and starlets jetting all over the world in their executive jets to warn the starving peoples of the world that they are just living "too extravagantly."

Get a life.

No wonder Trump is BFF's with Putin. Trump's getting tips on how to turn the US into a police state.
