Roy Moore Believes America Was Great During Slavery. Twitter Users Detonate.

Really? Try walking up to a Native American and addressing him/her as 'redskin' or 'red man'.

Let us all know what happens.

He said neither redskin nor red man.

If you want to posit that generalized references to a population group by skin color is "racist," qualify it. Don't skew words to try to make a claim.

A distinction w/out a difference, and a rather pathetic rationalization.

Interesting you should say that.
I grew up in southern Alberta. Lots of Natives. Some good, some bad. Just like us.
One guy I'll never forget because of the relationship he and I developed, over a girl.
He was a part of the group of people I associated with for many years. We called the guy "Injun" but his real name was Dennis.
Dennis would get drunk and wanna fight. So he'd make up some lame excuse to take off his shoes, and proceed to just pulverize people.
I never did ask 'im why he always had to take off his shoes. Anyways, the point being that Dennis didn't mind if his friends called him "Injun", because he knew we weren't saying it to insult him. He would call us white-boy every once in a while too. None of us cared. Its when people say these things in a condescending or nasty manner, that they can quickly find themselves in a dentist's chair.

I supported him over a Leftist as did most.

Yes, we all know that for you and the rest of the modern day Pharisees, ideology is far more important than actions.

I haven't seen you answer any of my questions so...who's brain is disengaged? But don't fret. I stacked the cards. The fact is, you can't answer any of my questions because, except for the nostril flair one, you have no answers. There are no answers. And I have no issues with my 'virtues'. In fact, I thank whatever Gawd may be listening, that my 'virtues' bear no resemblance to your apparent lack there of.

My ego is just fine, but thank you so much for caring Dear.
Like I've said...as a CANUCK...its no skin off my ass if he lost or won. I just deplore SJW tweenkies and this weaponized #MeToo horse kaka.
They are dangerous and irresponsible. Not terribly sharp either apparently...

Doubly exposed...:lamo
Tell me something. What exactly do you know about your own legal system? Because with the complete lack of any substantial facts, an idiot lawyer could bury those women. See...that's how the law works Dear. It depends on tangible facts. And these accusers have none. Oh except your 'belief'. Ya that'll fly in a court of law...

Again with the 'hero' crap.
Look Dear...you can sling crap at the walls all you like. But don't you find it tiring when you realize none of it sticks? And the mess its making. You do realize that eventually you'll get bit by this #MeToo crap...or are you so bereft of any rational capacity, that you don't realize that?

Gawd look who I'm asking...

You didn't "stack the cards" in any way, shape, or form.Frankly buddy, you aren't mentally competent enough to stack anything, much like the rest of your mouth breathing buddies. The rest of your post is nothing more than narcissistic babble bemoaning the loss of the "good ole days" where you could rape anyone you wanted and get away with it.

A lawyer would have to be an idiot to listen to you and the rest of moose's mouth breathers and try and take the case. But I forgot.....you aren't bright enough to understand that now are you buddy

Your whiskey tango bemoaning of Scumbag Moore's defeat is even more understandable now; people like you are marginalized up in Canada, so the closest thing you have to those who share your views are down here in the US. No wonder you are so upset Scumbag Moore lost :lamo

You posted some mundane links all with the same news.
I replied...
Me said:
Show me where any of these links of yours, refute anything I've ACTUALLY said?
Along with another question that we'll just ignore for now...
And you can't. Stacked cards. Not hard to do with you, I'm afraid...

The good ol' days...when I could rape anyone? Well I do declare...

So why don't we ask one? I'm no lawyer...are you?
Man I'm curious now...if there's a real lawyer in the house, do either Franken or Moore have a winnable case of slander or defamation?

Marginalized?
Tiger...you're really funny...

And I did post links. You being totally unwilling to accept reality does not change that.

You keep declaring that you "stacked the cards" when in reality you just showed how idiotic your claims were. Typical Scumbag Moore supporter, too brainless to comprehend....well....anything.

And yes, you and your ilk have no influence, no power, and have been reduced to sniveling about American elections.

Frankly, bud, your narcissistic whining is a hilarious joke

Yes, we all know that for you and the rest of the modern day Pharisees, ideology is far more important than actions.

It comes down to having the votes to get things done. Something you Left-leaners know all too well.

No, it comes down to you throwing your supposed principles out the window because you are so full of hate--- and then failing anyway.

You don't know me at all and you seem to be describing a Leftist.

Really you can just go away now.

Oh look, your usual prejudices and hatreds are coming to the surface again. You act just like the Pharisees of old.

Really, Jesus had some very harsh words for people like you

It was a great time for white male land owners. There is no denying that.

God bless you and yours this Holiday season.

This thread is obsolete as Moore lost. May he ride into the sunset never to be heard of again.

I can't say I enjoy going out of my way to defend a hebephile, but he clearly meant that America was great despite slavery, not because of it. And in all honesty, we weren't so bad before 1865. Of course, slavery was awful, but the practice existed in almost every part of the world before the Industrial Revolution made forced labor unnecessary. The only people I know of who don't have a history of slavery are the eskimos, and I'm not even 100% certain that they didn't.

The reds and yellows comment sounds too stupid to be true, so I'm going to have to look further into that before I buy into it.

Except for the fact that he specifically cited families staying together as reasoning, when in fact whites, in the South at least, slaveowners, were routinely breaking up families for purely capitalistic reasons. Additionally, families weren't staying together merely by choice, they had to. There were in fact laws against divorce for almost any reason. Women were not allowed to own their own property in many places back then, and had very few rights. It wasn't by choice, but by necessity and law. That is definitely not preferred by most.

He could do those Catheter Cowboy commercials.:lamo

Without the economics of slavery neither would have been either. The lifestyles of the slave owners often surpassed that of European royalty, which crumbed when they had to pay to have the cotton picked. Notice how soon AFTER slavery ended the cotton gin was invented. Necessity drives invention

...The cotton gin was invented in 1793. Even England didn't abolish slavery for another 40 years after that.

Yes you cannot show anyone in here that your great posts said anything contrary to what I've been saying...which was the question I'd posed to you, and you've decided to conveniently ignore. I know this 'righteous indignation' of yours is deeply entrenched in you, and I figure this irrationality is a direct result of Trump becoming POTUS. As for the rest of this condescending stuff you like to post...wishful thinking is just that...wishful.

Except I've shown a multitude of points which show that you don't know what you are talking about; first and foremost that your hero Scumbag Moore lost, and not minimally.

Yes, people like you are experts at wishful thinking. It comes from the fact that no one agrees with your claims.

Actually lots of people agree with things I say. But I'm not here to win a popularity contest.
What are you here for? To be emotionally wound like a top, and show off your ability to pontify on stuff, without any regard for facts?
I'm sure you get allot o' SJW points but...

I said that the Jones win was by a margin of 1.5%.
With all counties reporting, the Alabama Secretary of State reported Jones with 49.92 percent of the vote, and Moore with 48.38 percent of the vote.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/doug-j...n-results-roy-moore-not-conceding-2017-12-13/
And that's pretty much the fact.

I said that I figured Moore could win, were he to now sue his 'accusers' with defamation or slander, in a court of law.
You have given no evidence to refute that, what-so-ever. Probably because it does not exist. Instead, you have repeatedly said I 'support scumbag Moore'.
ME said:
I support his right to run and I find this hatchet-job done on him...slanderous. Were I his advisor right now, I'd advise him to level defamation charges against every one of these accusers, and CNN. And ya know what? He'd win. Be that as it may...would I have voted for him? Probably not. But again...you seem to know I would have so...show us all that you're not simply some angry, whiny, SJW, and show us all where I ever said I "support" Roy Moore.
Hence...you are completely unable to refute anything I've posted about this, and so resort to really silly and fictitious comments and accusations.
Tiger...you're a study in the modern day SJW. All anyone ever has to do is hint that they may not be onboard with this justice-signalling horse kaka, and even if they agree with you on the actual heart of the issue (in this case, was Moore worth voting for), you will fly into this wild-eyed tirade like you are the great keeper of social conscientiousness or some dumb-ass thing.
Your real issue is that I don't run around parroting the official SJW line. It must really bug you that I think for myself, form opinions based on actual facts, and don't think jack-asses like ANTIFA, BLM and now #MeToo, are to be blindly followed and supported just...because.
But that's OK too. I always welcome an opportunity to 'expose' the SJWs movement for the blind group-think that it really is.

Actually, very few people agree with you and your ilk. Even in Alabama people took a strong stand against your ideology. You claiming that Jones only won by a small amount is totally and utterly irrelevant; he still won.

Buddy, you are a Canuck. Legally, you aren't even allowed to vote in the US. So, frankly, your support for Scumbag Moore is far more telling than your drivel.

And that's all the rest of your post is; pompous drivel. Your wailing and moaning is amusing; can't wait to listen to more of your useless moaning.

The world's changed. People like you and Scumbag Moore are like the dinosaurs; pretty soon there won't be anything left.

But hey, way to try to distract from Scumbag Moore's defense of slavery.

You're right, I'm a Canuck and can't vote down there. You live in Chicago...such that it is...and can't vote there either. Cool how that works eh?

And now you can show me where Moore defended slavery. Man don't you get tired of lying?
In response to a question from one of the only African Americans in the audience — who asked when Moore thought America was last "great" -- Moore acknowledged the nation's history of racial divisions, but said: "I think it was great at the time when families were united — even though we had slavery — they cared for one another.... Our families were strong, our country had a direction."
Roy Moore's incredible 'even though we had slavery' quote - CNNPolitics

Now remember...defense of slavery. Where do you see that?
