Lilian Adams and Zoey Jordan Salsbury were teenagers when they started working on opposite sides of the 2016 Democratic presidential primary. Adams, then 19, joined Hillary Clinton’s campaign and Salsbury, then 18, joined Sen. Bernie Sanders’ campaign. They were ready to make the world a better place by helping to elect their candidate.

Adams said she dealt with this harassment for months...

But even after her abuser was fired, his work with the party — and the campaign — wasn’t over. In October 2016, Adams said she discovered to her astonishment that he had been rehired the previous month to work on the campaign with a different state party.

The Leftist circular firing squad is drifting from Hollywood to Washington DC...

Abuser got fired. Working as intended.

Wow, you couldn't even manage to finish reading the OP synopsis, eh?

I did read it.

I'm not sure what you think should have been done differently. Guy went to a different state. Do you think he told the new employer why he got fired?

The New employer was the old employer.

Kindof. But how sure are we that this level of communication and coordination regarding low level employees would be exist between independent campaigns in different states? Now, if I were trying to get rehired after being fired for something like that... or fired for any serious reason, for that matter, I wouldn't even put the old employer on my resume at all.

Basically, this would come down to whether or not there was a nation-wide database of employees readily accessible by anyone hiring for any position for the Democratic party. As I see it, here are the possibilities:

1) That detail of information at that level of employee isn't tracked in a nationally-accessible form.
2) The new employer simply didn't think to check for that information because the abuser never told them he'd previously worked for the Democratic Party
3) The new employer did check, discovered he was sexually harassing other employees, and for some bizarre reason chose to hire him anyway.

Now, you think all Democrats are evil and therefore only number 3 even exists to you. But is that really the most likely situation?

I reject your hypothesis because this woman was able to discover that he had been hired by the DNC in another state. Do you think she has more HR access than, say, DNC HR?

I have no information as to how this was discovered. For all I know it was via Facebook.

So in your mind the national DNC organization is just a random distribution of disconnected organizations? 2016 results might be the best evidence for your argument.

Though I would still argue that it is more likely that the DNC keeps better control of its national organization than that. I mean the power of the Obama campaign system was a massive and coordinated effort by all facets of the DNC machine down to national coordination of door knock efforts... did that all go *poof* when he left office?
