For those who have been obsessing about the Alexandria VA church that is supposedly "tearing down" Washington and Robert E Lee monuments, here's another factual story from the Washington Times, also known as the "Moonie Times"

Yep, a guy who got booted from the White House owing to his shady connections with a neo-Nazi group in his homeland of Hungary should always be seen as a reliable source.
Sebastian Gorka suggests Hillary Clinton should be tried for treason, executed over Uranium One deal

Hillary Clinton deserves being tried for treason and potentially executed, according to Sebastian Gorka, President Trump’s former deputy assistant.

Mr. Gorka made the comment during an interview Thursday evening with Fox News anchor Sean Hannity as the two discussed Mrs. Clinton’s role authorizing the sale of Canadian mining firm Uranium One to Russian state-owned nuclear company Rosatom while serving as the Obama administration’s secretary of state.

“The Russians infiltrated our national security to corner the uranium market and they succeeded, and they knew all the crimes that were committed,” Mr. Hannity said during the broadcast.
(. . .)
Mr. Gorka, 47, served as deputy assistant to the president from January until August. Mr. Gorka has insisted he resigned from that role, but the the Trump administration has categorized his departure otherwise.
“Sebastian Gorka did not resign, but I can confirm he is no longer with the White House,” an administration official said at the time of his exit.

Oh, that Sean guy is such a comedian, always the best entertainment. :monkey:2dance::monkey

Our political discourse has lost touch with reality. People make outrageous statements and others listen (and too often applaud) rather than call out the outrageous statement. We have not only lost touch with reality, but we are losing our decency. Without some type of course correction, America is on a rapid decline.

Seems a bit racist to me but whatever floats your boat

Despite Gorka being himself for a few moments, its surprising to see that you are overlooking that he is actually right. Not so much about the possible execution aspect of punishment, but he does have a point that she should be set to stand trial for what she had a part in while she held that position.

Still using him as a source is far more credible then CNN, or The Young Turks at the very least.

You are correct that he is not even close to being a reliable source from your owners.

He does however sometimes have good ideas I have heard.

Each one needs to be checked against reality.

The degree to which we now know that Clinton Corp does not care about doing the right thing sure proves Hitchens right.

Hillary's current moaning tour is more of that.

Stand trial for what? Wouldn't somebody have to prove that Clinton approved the deal? It will be hard considering she was not in a position to even do so. The Facts on Uranium One - FactCheck.org

Yeah, the book tour was a rather pathetic thing for her to do.

She should have just come out, and said it was her fault. Or at least try to blame Bill for her poor image... save face a little at least.

First of all, Gorka is a fraud. Fox only allows him on their shows because he gives the viewers fear-boners.

Second of all, the State Department was only one of several agencies that approved the Uranium Deal.

Finally, remind me what harm this deal did to the U.S.? Please - educate me!

Did why did she not object to the transaction? Or at least make such displeasure known especially given what had been going on between both administrations at the time.

Fear boners.. nice one, just what I want to read when I actually try to take you seriously for once.

Of course it took more then just the one department, it would be stupid to believe otherwise.

I find it hard to believe that you can't somehow think of another nuclear power having access to such reserves, especially given the amount of tension going on between our two governments at the time was rather strained.

Its a bit of a no-brainer.

Axios posted to facebook a speculative statement from Carl Bernstein on CNN when he said, "Indicted Trump officials could face 50 years." You should see the idiotic statements from the facebook trolls. OMG  I think it's more like, people cannot tell opinion from fact anymore.

One line really stood out in Gorka's statement there. "The Russians infiltrated our national security to corner the uranium market and they succeded" how is getting the rights to 20% of a Canadian mining company "cornering the uranium market"? That's just silly. Android phones are owned by 55% of the smartphone users, and they wouldn't say "boy, apple sure has the market cornered in smartphone sales" and they make up the other 45% of smartphones. 45%>20% and it would be laughable to call that cornering the market. In fact I'll do just that. Ha ha ha, that's ridiculous.

We don’t even know if Clinton was involved in the committee’s review and approval of the uranium deal. Jose Fernandez, a former assistant secretary of state, told the New York Times that he represented the department on the committee. “Mrs. Clinton never intervened with me on any C.F.I.U.S. matter,” he told the Times

So you are advocating that she be investigated for not publicly objecting to this confidential deal even if she had no power to actually stop it, and may have not involved herself in it?

I'm all for finding more information out, but the real push for investigating Clinton is political.

Son, if you believe that, you are the only "no-brainer":

Canada must obtain U.S. approval to transfer any U.S. uranium to any country other than the United States, the letter says.
“Please be assured that no Uranium One, Inc.-produced uranium has been shipped directly to Russia and the U.S. Government has not authorized any country to re-transfer U.S. uranium to Russia,” the 2015 letter said. “That 2015 statement remains true today,” David McIntyre, a spokesman for the NRC, told us in an email.

I know you need to believe that the Obama administration would approve a deal that would allow Russia to get its hands on more Uranium. Sorry to burst the bubble in which you live.

Remember, Obama and Hillary are under your bed waiting for you to go to sleep so they can take your guns away!

Sweet dreams! :rofl

P.S.: It's ironic you're reluctant to take me seriously while you believe the crap spewed by Gorka, et al.

Not even if Russia was willing and able to help get an Iran deal done?

I'm all for finding more information out, but the real push for investigating Clinton is political.

Given the money that made its way through the Clinton foundation I would be more tempted to lean on the side of her having a more adverse hand in things. Though at the time, they still knew, or suspected Putin of trying to grow his power in our boarders.

I do see what you mean in this being a political push against her, though mostly everything being thrown around at this time is purely political now. So.. taken with a grain of salt would be my best measure to help deal with it.

At the most I can say there may be a case, but as with everything going on right now. We are all concentrating on the Mueller investigation, and wondering if that is going to actually lead to something.
I'm still just wondering how Hillary got through with all of the crap she's pulled so far, being it illegal or not, and still managed to somehow come out thinking she was cheated out of the election.

This uranium 1 thing is more side car politics as far as I am concerned for the time being.

Is all you can do is spew bile? Because this is one of the reasons I can't take you seriously, not to mention if either of them were waiting under my bed I would put a bullet or two in them for trespassing. Not to mention my bed sits on a flat base, but that is besides the point.

If all you can do is repost the same link that everyone else is posting, then you are doing it wrong.

I'm not saying Obama did it on purpose, nor do I think he actually cared in the long run. Hillary has proven herself to be thoroughly corrupt in the past, and I am just letting that speak for itself. This may lead to something bigger, or it may not. That is why all we can do is be patient like decent people, and see what comes of it.

Besides I only said Gorka had a point, even though he may go a bit far on the execution stance.

So if you want to pull any more of my words out of context, I kindly invite you to look both ways before going to **** yourself.
