We already knew that he has no balls or else he would have stood up to his father in law on so many occasions, least of all Charlottesville. But having no balls does not make one a female. On a more serious note, the more they dig into these bogus fake voters claims the more it shows how silly his own household and cabinet are.

I'm making a point about the people that have condemned and mocked Kushner for this. Normally they openly condemn anyone that self identifies as something other than what they are but the moment this happens with someone that they don't like they about face and condemn and mock that person. And I wouldn't know if Kushner sees himself as a woman or not. But there is a possibility isn't there? It wouldn't be the first time someone hid in a closet. Yet all the people that normally condemn people that are against believing in different gender identities never once have considered this even slightly seriously. They instead mock him for something he may feel very self conscious about. So much for the vaunted sensitivity and empathy of those people right?

I'm not a "Trump person" but it isn't voter fraud. Not under federal law anyway. Under NYS law it might be if you can prove he did it on purpose. Good luck with that.

And outside of all that the point of voter fraud is to register someone to vote who can't for whatever reason. It's really hard to see how this qualifies. In truth it could do just the opposite and keep him from voting.

It looks like a high US official was trying to cheat the voting system though doesn't it. Sort of goes against Trump's agenda.

How? Does his putting the wrong gender on the form make him eligible to vote when he otherwise wasn't? (The short answer is no)

Do we even know that he made the error and that it wasn't a transcription error by some data entry clerk?

If he did purposefully, which we don't know, it's stupid and doesn't help the Trump administration. It's not cheating the system in any way, shape or form.

Can anybody verify that the form pictured is actually an official form from New York?

It looks like anybody with even a little skill could create it to cause a controversy.

So explain to be why Kushner would proclaim himself--with complete intent--that he was a woman on his voter registration card, yet still be in the closet? Does not make sense.

You're right, I don't know for sure whether Kushner seems himself as a woman. I also don't know for sure whether Hugh Hefner was gay. This is when I let common sense come into the equation and make an educated judgement. Seems to me Kushner checked the wrong box. I highly doubt he feels feminine.

When registered to vote in New Jersey, prior to 2009, Kushner's gender was labeled as "unknown," which Ryan said could have contributed to the mix-up.

As seems to be the normal MO for Trump and his minions, the blame must fall on some anonymous "assistant"
American Bridge pounced on the apparent mistake, pointing to Kushner having to update his federal security clearance forms multiple times to amend with unreported contacts with foreign officials.

Kushner told congressional investigators that those mistakes have been due to a “miscommunication” with his assistant.

Then it was 'wrong.' Dont know if it was intentional or not, but it was still wrong, unless he is actually identifying as a woman.
