Today, Plame re-tweeted with obvious approval an anti-Jewish rant in something called the Unz Review by Phillip Giraldi, the headline of which is “America’s Jews Are Driving America’s Wars.” As Noah Pollak has shown, Giraldi is “a conspiracy theorist obsessed with Jews and Israel.” In his warped view, “scratching the surface of almost any event exposes the sinister machinations of international Jewry.”

The piece that Plame re-tweeted is consistent with this description. Giraldi maintains that “Jewish groups and deep pocket individual donors not only control the politicians, they own and run the media and entertainment industries.” He rejects as “a sham” the notion that these Jews have a “duel loyalty,” arguing that “some of them only have real loyalty to Israel.”

According to Giraldi, Jews use their control over politicians and the media to drive America into war. He proposes “a couple of simple fixes for the dominant involvement of American Jews in foreign policy issues where they have a personal interest due to their ethnicity or family ties.”

Looks like she's trying to regain her 15 minutes of fame, but instead she's getting 15 plus minutes of shame. When she starting getting negative reactions in the twitter verse, she admonished people and told them to read the entire article, and then she later tweeted that she "messed up" and only skimmed the article.

She then claimed that she only put the article out so people could discuss it. The only problem with that is Plame has tweeted many references to the author of the article, Philip Giraldi, who is an anti-Semite. Based on Plame's past Tweets, it is obvious that she has an obsession with Jewish people.

Priceless.

She had much more than 15 minutes of fame. Her Sig Other exposed the Bush war criminals for the inveterate liars that they are. But still the always deeply gullible bought the lies and supported the slaughter of millions. Just as those same deeply gullible and their equally gullible offspring have supported all the myriad lies US governments have used to have the US at an astounding rate of 93% of its years in existence in a state of war.

There's been a ****load of political figures in the news over the past 10-12 years associated with one scandal or another. It's a shock some people can't remember every single one off the top of their head, without a little context?

Context. A lot of people don't recognize Random Name without some context. When someone reminded me of the context, I immediately remembered who she was and why she was famous and etc.

Plenty good enough.... except for those who are just trying to stir ****.

This story reminds me of Mencken's words: The men (in this case a woman) that American people admire most extravagantly are the most daring liars; the men (and women) they detest most violently are those who try to tell them the truth.

Plame and Giraldi make true statements about Israeli influence inside the Beltway, and they are reviled. So much do we have the government we deserve. Our illicit military activities in the Mideast are driven largely by the agenda towards Greater Israel.

It's so weird to see people who don't know who Valerie Plame is. She was at the center of the biggest fake controversy of the Bush administration.
