Joel Osteen to uproarious Hurricane victims: Don’t have a ‘victim mentality’[W:110]

Re: Joel Osteen to uproarious Hurricane Harvey victims: Don’t have a ‘victim mentalit

considering the OP is afraid to post what was actually said vs what someone reporting on it said is amazing. Good thing others
did post what was actually said and the OP was wrong, but can't admit it.
you can see how dishonest he is being on the previous page when they said severe flooding and he said severe damage.

they are not one in the same but that is the level of dishonesty you can expect. it is just par for the course.

does this really surprise you though?

No. But I had to put it out there.

All of this personal talk, you guys should stop before common sense gets flustered again.

Ludin, go back to the jury of Hillary R. Clinton's peers. The trial is about to start. Do you know what judge is presiding?

Re: Joel Osteen to uproarious Hurricane Harvey victims: Don’t have a ‘victim mentalit

To prove that what's not a lie? That the church/Joel Osteen literally told people that it couldn't take them in because it was severely flooded? Lmao, that's literally in the tweet. That Joel Osteen didn't tell people that a mythical sky figure would pay them back? Here it is again:

LOL! Watching you squirm and beat around the dishonesty bush is hilarious. You said...

Couldn't find a better source - but this made me chuckle. A sky being will pay you back for destroying your home, your personal documents, and killing your relatives with a storm. It will pay you back for destroying everything you've worked for allow you to function normally in a society, but not with interest for all of the time you'll spend trying to get your life back in order.

Joel Osteen, never said anything close. Your comment is nothing but a giant straw man. You know a red herring: A Red Herring is a fallacy in which an irrelevant topic is presented in order to divert attention from the original issue.

I asked you what? 3 or 4 times to post some proof he said that and you instead keep bleating about flood damage.

I am just laughing at this and book marking it.

Why are you denying this happened?

Because so far neither you nor the article which I also read, has posted or shown any proof he said anything even close. I am still waiting for you to post a quote where he something even close to that hyperbole you and the article stated.

LMAO! Keep doing that dance Hatuey, it's hilarious.

Yea like your hyperbole and dishonesty...

Still waiting for proof.

Yes, that's what Joel Oseen has been arguing through his prosperity gospel for ... well... his career in some form or another. That you can literally pray with, (and give away to) him and your life may become better. That's essentially all the prosperity gospel is and this is no exception. His argument is that if you pray hard enough, a sky being (I don't believe in gods so I don't really refer to them directly) will improve your life. All you have to do is whisper incantations with him even after a storm (created by that same sky being) has already destroyed your life.

The funniest part is that you've built that into an argument Joel Osteen points out the inherent flaws in everything he preaches (and I'm supposedly exaggerating his views). As if he'd ever be that honest with his followers and refer to his imaginary friend as a 'sky being'. The best part is that it took you so long to actually come out and say anything of relevance that when you actually did it actually just sounds stupid.

You really are terrible at this debate thing when your tactics are so absurdly see through.

Except of course, a direct quote attributed to Joel Osteen as well as a video. Good grief, you're failing hard.

So if this is the case, why can't you post a single shred of proof? I'll tell you why, you can't LMAO! Although it is funny to watch you rant like some kind of lunatic about something that is completely irrelevant to my arguments or posts.

Except of course, a direct quote attributed to Joel Osteen as well as a video. Good grief, you're failing hard.

Well for the what? 5th time? Please point me to this video from today's sermon or the direct quote from today's sermon. Not yesterday or the day before, 09/05 2017, like YOUR article and you said (with no evidence) which I posted... A few times now. Because so far you have given nothing but ahhh... Lip service!

Re: Joel Osteen to uproarious Hurricane Harvey victims: Don’t have a ‘victim mentalit

Osteen first said no one asked him to open his church. Then some of his guys said that there was flooding. Which version is the truth?

"I ( Jesus)was a stranger and you took me in." Matthew 25...

Osteen fail.

Now I remember what Osteen reminded me of.
