Technically a butter knife is a weapon that can be termed a sword too... a spray can is technically a flame thrower. I ALWAYS SAID THAT. I said it really isn't though... in context. I talked about what people actually refer to as flame throwers and that this is hyperbolic nonsense. A flying squirrel doesn't really fly even though technically it does... but what it does according to most people with common sense is fall with grace. Do skydivers "fly"

The pressurized device containing a substance to be aerosolized does not negate, and has no bearing on, the fact that it is by definition a flamethrower.

The man with the flamethrower, Corey Long, was not injured. Long was found guilty of disorderly conduct, according to court records. He has appealed the sentence, and the appeal trial will start in January.
