Supporters of President Trump were hoping to be a part of Maxine Waters’ town hall meeting in Gardena on Saturday, but they were barred from entering the building.

Chanell Temple said she lost her job a few years ago and hasn’t been able to find a new one because she doesn’t speak Spanish. She said Waters has destroyed the black community by supporting immigrants.

She has every right to bar who she wants.
Given that it is a town hall meeting and these are people that
Live in her district I guess she only represents those that agree with her.

Then again I am not sure how you tell they are trump supporters u less they are advertising it.
This is also Maxine waters one of the worst reps out there.

If they didn't live in her district then hey are causing nothing but trouble.

Maxine doesn't represent all people in her district. Just those who agree with her and of saying ooh and ah while clapping loudly.

Your article is garbage. It says they were barred for not living in her district and nowhere in the article does it say those barred DO live in her district. It's click bait.

IMO, Reps have every right to only host meetings for people in their district. It's the way it should be, for republicans and democrats both.

Americans weren't conned by Candidate Trump. Most knew what they were getting.

The Russian masters story reemerges. That story was been investigated, debunked and found wanting. Again, specifics.

They knew, he would spend over 20 weekends in the first 30 weeks of his administration playing golf at his own golf courses on the taxpayer dime.. after he complained that Obama played too much golf? In one way it kind of makes sense.Because no matter what does or says the Trump voters will not ever vote for her. Republicans would be wise to do the same.Because some angry left wing loonies showing up a republican town hall will be used by the liberal media to make it seem as though there is tension between republicans and their voters.

Yep. Hillary had constant ads telling us exactly what Trump was like and we had the left leaning mainsteam media constantly telling us what Trump was like. The pitiful part is that Americans decided that as bad as Trump was, Hillary was even worse.

Except it did not happen. Waters did not allow(presumably for space, the article mentions it was a full house) people outside the district in. Who they supported was not the reason people where not allowed in.

The Americans were correct.

We'll survive President Trump. I doubt he will run for a second term. I'm not so sure we would have survived 8 years of Hillary.

Most Americans voted for someone other than Trump. Hillary Clinton received more votes than Donald Trump.

You may be correct. The video I saw indicated the argument centered around living in the district. So the question is did Waters allow only those living in the district inside or didn't she, and (2) Were Waters supporters from outside the district allowed in? I can't find an answer to that.

What's with Representatives not living in the district they represent? I would not vote for someone who lived outside my district. And is the reverse true? I live within a few yards of Dave Brat's district, can I nominate him to represent me? Of course not.
