No, but apparently "you people" need to figure out a way to keep Trump in line. He is his own worst enemy. What you blame on the media is simply a reflection of Trump's inability to be honest. His own words (spoken and tweeted)are frequently in contradiction.

It's not savy. It's an opportunity to get money. He's just doing what professional politicians do. If Trump survives, it will go in his other campaign chest. You don't have to present a complicated scenario for a politician to raise money.

Many of the Trump supporters are easily triggered. They suffer from PTSD from having to explain away Trumps self absorbed rants and "alternate facts"

In an era where usually the winner of any election is the candidate who spent the most money or had the most money. Yeah, it is a savvy move. That is unless the people get really peeved at you, then all the money in the world doesn't matter. Just ask those 63 Democrats who lost in 2010 or the 33 Republicans who lost in 2006 or the 54 Democrats who lost in 1994.

With the first midterm usually a referendum on the president, the way Trump is going money isn't going to help much come 2018.

I just can't reconcile any of his past posting, or any right wingers stance on Trump, with the idea that Trump is doing freaking anything without opposition.
