Roger Ailes, who built Fox News into a powerhouse, dies at 77

I'm sorry you feel that way. However, no matter what words we type online, we each know in our heart that we don't always feel bad that a given person has died. In fact, we necessarily cannot, as it's a bit over one human per second and we don't even know who they are.

The dispute isn't whether or not bad things should be said about bad people after they die. Any dispute is about whether or not Ailes is a bad person. And these persons disparaged as "trained detractors" may actually have reached a rational conclusion that he was a bastard who has contribute to the crappening of America.

Anyway, -3 points for invoking the notion that because someone on the left said tolerance is good, that means nobody on the left is allowed to say anything you disapprove of. (Yeah, I inverted that. But so did you.)

-100 points for claiming I've ever said someone on the left is not allowed to say anything I disapprove of.

Sadly, you're quoting the legacy the left is leaving with people. It has nothing to do with me.

Good OP as far as no criticism of Ailes; it's my personal view they should all be tagged RIP; death threads are difficult for me, having lost a parent to a 4-year battle with Alzheimer's and now watching the other one slip away;

I still remember Breitbart dying suddenly while driving across Nebraska on the way home and stupidly reading posts on Politico while driving, though the traffic was light; I actually stopped at a rest area to send out a few blasts at fellow lefties;

Aren't we supposed to have a 24 hour rule? What goes around comes around and we will continue to further RIP apart in this Nation over every minute detail, including death .

OK, 24 hours is up. The guy has succeeded in making US politics totally Bipartisan. He used lies and deception repeatedly in his narratives, which were dictated not just to the Conservative commentators, but also the newsroom. The legacy, lies, and misinformation continue at FOX, with the likes of Bill Sammon.
