I don't think too many thought otherwise.

A Democrat is generally not going to prosecute a Democrat ( nor is a Repulican ever going to prosecute a Rebublican) unless they can't avoid it or there is some personal vendatta.

Clearly this email was fabricated by Russian hackers to help Trump.
 
Well look at the bright side, she sure can't be the blame for not getting anything done.

Well, they could have just gotten the clip from C-SPAN, no need to go to some right-leaning site for it.
 
This is not new news. It's a Fox report from the other day.

It was understood all along that Lynch would not indict Hillary regardless of the evidence. One can infer that her Tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton was a message to Comey, that he might as well give up and shut up. The Russian e mail is just one more memo on a pile going nowhere.

I replayed the interview of Comey the other day, and this report makes sense. Comey didn't want the FBI to be left holding the bag of a faulty investigation, so he threw it out to the voters.

If Clinton goes away, so will all of this.
 
who cares, I'm just elated that it's a longshot that she'll probably never be seen on TV
again, that alone is good enough for me. Jeff Sessions replacing her is the biggest upgrade
in the AG post in US history.

this is what I don't understand. there was collusion between the administration, the DOJ, and the FBI to stop Hillary from facing charges.
this is what would be considered high crimes of office on corruption and collusion charges.

this is why I said someone should be going to jail over this whether it is Clinton, that hack lynch or Obama.

yet nothing will be done about and these clots now get their get out of jail free where anyone else would be hung out to try.

I'm left with the impression that this is what the vast majority of the electorate would want to have happen, but Hillary, none the wiser from her recent election loss, continues to inject herself into the politics and the public stage.

but sorry judge I didn't intend to speed. based on FBI only the intent to break the law matters
not that I might have. based on equal protection I therefore cannot be punished.

fight every ticket with that same argument.

I thought the FBI etc said she didn't do anything wrong.

Since when is 'lack of intent' an excuse for violating federal law? An excuse for gross mishandling of classified information? A felony.

This 'lack of intent' is an excuse inventory solely for Hillary. It is not applied to anyone else.

Anyone else, such as the Sailor who took a single selfie on his sub, didn't distribute it to anyone, destroyed the phone once he realized implications of what he had done, is denied that excuse, criminally charged, sentenced and incarcerated.

Clearly, not equal treatment before the law. Therefore, it is a reasonable conclusion that Hillary apparently is above the law.

Innocent? The FBI had substantial evidence that Mrs. Clinton had violated section 793 (f) of the Espionage Act--a felony. Mr. Comey detailed that evidence publicly, stating a prima facie case against her for a violation of 793 (f). No sooner had he done that, though, than he asserted it would not be reasonable to prosecute Mrs. Clinton for it. Mr. Comey offered not the slightest reason for that assertion. I think the real reason is now obvious: He had been given to know by Ms. Lynch that if he recommended Clinton be prosecuted, she would make sure the prosecution did not succeed.

Anyone who doubts the Justice Department can rig things to make sure favored persons are not indicted for crimes, if the right people are pulling the strings, should read about the Amerasia case from 1945. We have the transcripts of wiretapped phone conversations which show several prominent people in the Truman administration conspiring to rig the grand jury proceedings so that a foreign service officer who had passed secret military documents to a Communist, who then published them, would never be indicted. Both the State Department officer, Robert Service, and a couple of the Communists the FBI arrested along with him had friends in high places. They were being protected by senior government officials we now know were Communist agents.
