No, that's your biased perception of the two political parties. And considering the fact that Asian Americans, who on average use less government programs than ANY other "group" in the country currently overwhelmingly vote Democrat...sends your post straight into the trash bin. Oddly enough it's not treated as a crime. There is no fine or jail time. The only legal remedy is removal. So, being here illegally does not make one an "illegal." It's just a slur.

Deportable undocumented aliens would probably be the best description.

actually it is a crime with the punishment of being deported.
no it isn't just a slur it is actually a crime.

no that covers up that they didn't do anything wrong when they did.

Such illegal entry is a misdemeanor, and, if repeated after being deported, becomes punishable as a felony.
