Slate is dumb but yes, this is the argument the Trump admin's lawyers were putting forth: any inaccuracy on an immigration form is grounds for deportation, if they can prove you knowingly lied on the document.

Whether or not this actually applies to Melania's situation, I couldn't give two ****s about.
