Officials have cancelled a planned Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday after three explosions went off near the bus for team Borussia Dortmund, leaving one player injured.

  • Three devices detonated as the Borussia Dortmund bus prepared to leave for the Westfalen Stadium, police say.

  • Borussia’s Spanish defender Marc Bartra was injured in the blasts and taken to hospital.

  • Officials have postponed tonight’s Champion League quarter-final between Borussia and AS Monaco until Wednesday.

Seems they're upping the ante with these attacks again.

Dortmund is a major club team in Germany, second only probably to Bayern Munich.

This is called letting the terrorists win.

Bayern Munich is the biggest in Germany, the rest is a distant second when it comes to membership.

Below them is Schalke 04 who just has a few hundred members more than Borussia Dortmund. But that is purely on membership.

When it comes to sales/how much money they bring in, Dortmund far exceeds what Schalke brings in.

It is all how you look at it but all clubs in Germany are definitely second to Munich.

Bayern brought in 487.5 million euro's in 2015
Bayern has 284,041 members.

Borussia Dortmund brought in 261.5 million euro's in 2015
Borussia has 144,141 members.

It is sad that violence keeps European soccer in it's grip.

How are bomb attacks by civilians not terrorism?
You know what I meant. There's a huge difference between stupid hooliganism, and a muslim Jihadist who wants to take over the world.

Guess which is one is worse. I'll let you think aboot that for a while

I don't think it matters to the people getting blown up, friend.

"Guess which one is worse"? So the exact same bomb does less damage if a "hooligan" does it, eh? Very interesting that you think this.

No, I'm saying the movement behind the act is much worse.

Muslim extremists wanna take over the whole world and kill all the infidels, hooligans generally speaking dont seek this goal (no pun intended)

That's not relevant. A bomb is a bomb. For instance, remember who it was who set off a large bomb in Oklahoma City about 18 years ago? (...wow, has it really been that long?)

You clearly missed the point I was trying to make

Remind me, DS, what my odds are of being killed by a terrorist attack? Somewhere down there with dying by shark attack or by lightning strike, that's where.

I don't think it matters to the people getting blown up, friend.

But it most assuredly does matter to sane, grounded people who see the threat realistically and want to actually do something about it.
Europe's Islamist problem is because of clueless liberals who still want to play PC games.

Better create neo-fiefdoms then? Walls around countries? No thanks.

Still missing my point

You have to remember. MUST NOT EVER SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT (____________ )

The blank is any any bloc of voters the Democrats are pandering to at the moment.

You mean kind of like how we can't say anything bad about Donald Trump, Christians, Wikileaks, or the national anthem?

Weak reply.
Very weak.

Weak reply. There needs to be something between completely open borders ( which most liberals here and abroad seem to favor) and completely closed ones.

You have a much better chance of being killed by a toddler with a hand gun.
