Unity died the day Mitch McConnell claimed the Republicans' main legislative goal in 2009 -- not fixing the cratered economy, or extricating ourselves from pointless wars -- was to ruin Obama's presidency. The GOP ended unity. Time to reap what you have sown.

You should be asking Harry Reid that. Trump most likely will nominate one more justice, and it won't be someone you like.

OK. And future Democratic Presidents and Senates will confirm SCOTUS justices that YOU don't like, and there will be nothing YOUR team can do to stop it. But keep blaming Harry Reid for McConnell's move and unprecedented lower-court obstruction. The party of NO. That's yours. Own it.

Yes that is the problem. Humans are idiots. I know there are people already in power who don't listen to words, and so my comment really isn't much of a suggestion that is relevant.
